Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I am a contract social media manager using Zoho Social to plan/schedule/monitor social media content for other businesses. I have recommended Zoho Social to my business partners to assist in their account management as well. It simplifies the scheduling process, particularly the ability to pre-schedule on LinkedIn. I enjoyed using Facebook Creator Studio in the past for Facebook and Instagram, but this takes the extra work out of scheduling separately on Twitter and scheduling a day of posts on LinkedIn. An added bonus is seeing analytics, post performance, using customIQ to post based on historical engagement trends, and more.
- Intuitive design--it's simple to learn and implement
- Bulk scheduling and calendar view are especially helpful
- Zoho has a plethora of other solutions-based systems, and I love having one login for everything
- Preset preference for whether you want bit.ly or prefer the original link
- It has been positive for my time/efficiency
- I look forward to exploring deeper into ways I can positively impact business objectives in Zoho Social

I found Buffer to be less intuitive and have a steeper learning curve. I also had frequent disruptions in social channels that had to be re-authenticated far too often. Editing posts was frustrating in Buffer as well. I actually still use Buffer for one client (per their current marketing manager). I have recommended Zoho Social and they are strongly considering a switch.
