Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

As with all companies, especially small businesses and nonprofits, we need to streamline the amount of time we spend marketing and managing social media, and Zoho Social is invaluable. It allows for posting future and automatic repeat posts and monitoring social networks to track the online conversation.


  • Since switching from two other social media cross-channel platforms to Zoho Social, the efficiency of the process has been amazing, saving time and energy we spend working with the projects we manage.
  • Zoho Social helps us connect faster and more interactively with our membership and the public.
  • Zoho Social helps us monitor conversations across multiple social media channels to stay connected and respond faster.
  • There are many social media channels, and they are popping up fast. However, Discord has been around for a long time and we haven't been able to integrate that social platform into Zoho Social. We manage a few thousand members on Discord and would love to integrate it into Zoho Social.
  • The same applies to monitoring the social media channels beyond the "big platforms."
  • Most of all, time savings on connecting with our members.
  • Next is planning, allowing us to plan social media posts in advance, though not as far in advance as we would like. May be able to post further in advance on higher paid accounts.
We chose Zoho Social as it came up highest repeatedly with quality reviews and it has an affordable price point for the limited amount of work we do with it. In other words, currently, we don't need sophisticated analytics, though we love that the potential is there to grow into the more powerful account plans.

Always room for improvement in the web and mobile versions. I'd like to see a cleaner interface with some UI customization, improvements in accessibility, and keyboard shortcuts.
Haven't needed it--a good sign of the ease of use of the product.
Zoho Social is appropriate for small businesses with their free and base accounts. A huge limit is the failure to embrace mobile users. For example, I travel for work five to seven months a year. Zoho Social limits access by IP address, which causes complications every time I log in while traveling, slowing down the access, so I have to turn over management to someone not traveling in the company. This causes a loss as I can't respond directly, which I enjoy and is often necessary, and delays responses when my team member has to contact me to get a reply and then reply for me.
