Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
Zoho Social is being used by our Marketing team to manage all of our social media accounts. It has addressed the needs of managing all of our platforms from one place, scheduling posts with analytics, publishing directly to Instagram without pushing to a mobile app, and internal team communication.
- Publishing direct to Instagram is an excellent feature we desired. As posts are scheduled by team members, no one has to be "sitting on watch" with the mobile app to complete the action.
- Internal team communications/discussions within Zoho Social allow for very direct interactions regarding particular posts. Drafts can be discussed and "approved" before being scheduled all in one place. No emailing or direct messaging back & forth.
- The range of social media platforms included is a huge plus. Finding a solution that can post to all of our social media platforms with this number of features has been a hard task, and Zoho Social has been a life-saver.
- The Calendar view displaying published posts would be a great feature. You can view published posts displayed in a list, but when scheduling and arranging posts based on a calendar, seeing upcoming posts as well as past posts can be very helpful.
- Zoho Social has immediately helped grow our social media presence and allowed us to stay engaged with our audience.
- SocialPilot, Agorapulse and Buffer
Other products solved some of our problems, but Zoho Social has solved them all while being affordable for a small business. Buffer didn't provide the seamless team integration and analytics we were seeking in one plan. SocialPilot's user interface was a bit clunky, and we were constantly reconnecting to our social platforms. Agorapulse was not affordable to our needs of managing our brand only.
