Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Since suffering staff shortages because of Covid it was essential to find a social app which was inexpensive, easy to use and easy to integrate. Having tried several alternatives, we settled on Zoho and it does not disappoint.
  • Scheduling.
  • Editing.
  • Customer support.
  • Add "first comment" to Instagram.
  • Social interaction improved.
  • Leveraging Google My Business for the first time.
I tried Hootsuite and several others and found them clunky compared with Zoho.

Because it is completely intuitive.
I've only called on support once or twice but on all occasions it has been efficient and courteous.
No experience of using Zoho as a larger business, but for a small business with all staff working from home during Covid, it has proved completely invaluable.
