Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

More than just a scheduling tool for a good price. We needed a scheduling tool for multiple platforms. After trying out multiple other tools, we settled on Zoho Social for not only its functionality but its scalable pricing. For the same price as other strictly scheduling tools, we get scheduling, community management, reporting, and client approvals. Free client login is absolutely essential for a growing agency, and Zoho Social's pricing structure ticks that box. The availability of monthly billing as well as yearly is also a massive benefit for a growing agency. We'll definitely be looking into other Zoho tools beyond Social.

While Planable was easy in onboarding and performed well in scheduling, it is limited in scope. Its pricing is also not conducive to a growing agency as you need to pay for your client's profile in order to access their approval functionality. While the simplicity of the platform was great, it doesn't provide reporting or community management. For the same price or less, we get all of that and more from Zoho Social.

Similarly, Hootsuite has good functionality and scope, but its pricing isn't worth what you get. While there are multiple other Hootsuite services, Zoho also has several that cover even more operations. If you're looking to use even more functions, Zoho Social interconnectivity is a definite plus.

I think it would be very difficult for someone to get confused navigating this platform. I onboarded the first brand in minutes.
I was locked out of my account through my own fault and received help getting connected securely and in a timely manner.
Zoho Social has good plans for individual brands, but its value extends to agencies. Its monthly and yearly billing option makes it more accessible to growing agencies managing cashflow. It has all the scheduling features an agency can expect, along with client approvals which is a game changer in efficiency. Their trial structure allows you to experience the product and choose to use it the way we did.
