Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I have used Zoho Social to manage social media accounts for my organization. I really like the platform for its ease of use and scheduling features, as well as the option to repeat posts to ensure that our social media stays active even with a small team The reports are great, with a lot of useful data and insights about post type and our audiences which I've used to improve our content.

I find Buffer's interface more difficult to use and the reports do not have as many features as Zoho Social and are not customizable. I also don't find their engagement tab useful.
