Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

In our organization our biggest problem we had was consistency with posting. With Zoho Social they made it easy. We are now posting at least twice a day, everyday with Zoho Social!

Pros

  • The User Interface is AMAZING
  • The ease of uploading posts is great
  • The ease of connecting all of your socials to Zoho Social is also great

Cons

  • I only have one main concern and it is their analytics. If they can get their analytics to be as close as possible to Hootsuite it would be perfect in my eyes
  • We have only posted organic content; however they have helped immensely with our consistency
Is it very user friendly. I learned the entire platform within maybe an hour to two hours. I love every about this platform except for one aspect. If they can try to emmulate the analytics of Hootsuite I think it would make them that much better. Regarding everything else, I wouldn't have them change a thing.
I would say it is right on par with hubspot regariding social media and, in my opinion, analytics. However, the only aspect and caveat that gets me is the analytics compared to Hootsuite. If Zoho Social can get the analytics to be as close as possible to Hootsuite I would use their platform for everything.

In a nutshell I would say it is so great because the ease of use. The platform is very user friendly, very easy to learn and, EXTREMLEY easy to understand. I myself learned it within 1-2 hours. I think it is fantastic and recommend all marketers out there to try it.
