Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Setting up auto posting schedule for LinkedIn, X, Facebook to reduce need for multiple people posting and sharing corporate content.
Saves time and ensures proper sequence of marketing timeline / product focus
Set it up once a week with base content and revisit every couple of days.
Review reports, analyze trends and use inbox.

I have used it a lot and compared to other platforms I like their CX, ease of use, setup and reporting capabilities.
Overall I thought it has been a good return on investment both time and money and do recommend it.

Overall I liked using Zoho and will continue to use it.

The free trial was comprehensive enough to get a good feel for the platform's capabilities. I found that for my marketing requirements, the free version provided sufficient functionality to evaluate whether the tool would be valuable for my social media management. I also evaluated 3 competitors before settling on Zoho.

While Zoho Social is a solid option, there are many similar tools on the market. I'd recommend trying out a few different platforms to see which one best fits your specific requirements and workflow preferences. Each tool has its own strengths and quirks, so it's worth exploring alternatives before committing.

Setup a checklist of what you want a system to do prior to any trial then decide which tools have all of the requirements then test each one via the free 30 day plan and grade them decide which ones to use for at least 30 days.
