Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I used the free trial version and have really enjoyed having everything in one place. It is user friendly, the app is nice to have on the go.
I love the calendar view for scheduling as you can see what day each post goes out across the board.
I like that there is an option to integrate Google drive so I can choose imagery directly from the cloud.

Pros

  • User Friendly
  • Convenient App
  • Integration with Google Drive

Cons

  • If you choose to put one post across all platforms, you aren't able to edit only one post. You will need to upload that one post you wanted to edit separately. Annoying in the case of removing links for Instagram or taking away hashtags for Google my Business.
  • I don't need to go to each individual platform to schedule. Doing it from one place has saved me time.
  • The integration with Google drive also saves time. I don't need to download an image each time and then upload it. It can just be taken straight from the drive.
  • It hasn't affected me yet, but the pricing is expensive so I would need to include this to be covered by client, making my retainer more expensive.
I had no issues using the platform in the trial period. It has saved time, is user friendly and I love the integration of Google drive. I am not giving it a 10 as I would have liked the functionality of being able to edit one of the platforms when doing cross posting instead of having to schedule the post separately.
Loomly is so far the best out of all the platform options. However, Zoho is a strong contender. Loomly has more features. Pricing also comes into play.

This would be ideal for a person who is running a few social media accounts for a single client as it does get pricey the more brands you add on. If you are handling multiple brands, you would need to consider the cost of the brand to be added to your package.

    I can edit by clicking the "customizing content" link below the post you are working on. I can remove the hashtags from GMB and the links from Instagram without problems. That is why I stepped up from the free tier.
