Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I use Zoho Social to promote my organizations content and use it several times per week. We schedule posts, and replying to comments across our social media platforms is a breeze. We also use the link shortening feature which is great. Overall, I think this product is excellent, and would recommend it to those in search of a social media management program.

  • Notifications of likes and other post engagement

Cons

  • More features in the free plan
  • More affordable plans
  • Just started using but social engagement is up across all platforms
