We use Zoho Social mostly to respond to comments and messages on a variety of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram). We also use it to enable anyone in our organization to write/post to company accounts for marketing purposes.

Pros
- Simple, straightforward UI
- Grants access to social media inboxes, which is not guaranteed with most competitors
- Fair pricing, better than almost any competitor
Cons
- UI is a bit basic
- No clear distinction between "messages" and "inbox"
- Lower subscription levels only allow for 1 user, which is a pain
- Saving us hundreds of dollars compared to Hootsuite
- Hootsuite and Buffer
