I’ve been using Zoho Social for a while now to manage multiple brand accounts, and it’s honestly one of the most convenient tools I’ve worked with.
Pros
- handle multuple channels
- schedule post from one single platform
- access analytics
Cons
- I think the pricing can be based on how many channels you are using. currently we pay for more channels than we use as its bundles pricing.
- The real ROI is being able to deploy the same resource to now focus on more important tasks.
- before Zoho Social i had to dedicate one person to just posting and managing all the channels. with the scheduling capability of Zoho Social we are able to assimilate all the content on the first week of the month and schedule it for the month in a single day, this allows me to use the same resource for other tasks.
