Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We've been using the wider Zoho ecosystem for a while and while discussing the options to automate our social media management we were surprised Zoho has a tool for this.
We got it to test and have to admit is a powerful manager for our social media accounts.
Where it gets loads of points is seamless integration with plenty of social media platforms. We tested several similar apps and we got into issues trying to connect our accounts (especially Meta), but this worked instantly with Zoho Social.
As we mainly use if for scheduling our post simultaneously on several platforms, cannot say much about the other features, but the reporting side looks interesting as well.



Pros

  • Integration with a ton of social media platforms
  • Scheduling is simple and effective (calendar view is exactly what we were looking for)
  • Simple interface build for efficiency

Cons

  • We would like a way to add a custom cover to our video posts
  • We would appreciate a feature capable of adding music over our posts.
  • Saved a lot of time to schedule posts across various platforms
  • Helped use keep a better cadence on social media
  • Budget friendly
It's a great tool if you're looking to automate the social media scheduling, posting and reposting. Could add some features on top, but overall it's does the job seamlessly on this simple task compared to platforms that added plenty of other creative features that don't work.
Will always appreciate a tool that is simple and just works.
First - it's a tool that integrates with most platforms we've seen.
Second, it's simplicity makes it work seamlessly
It might lack some more creative features, but this it's made to help you manage, not create.

We use it for simple social media management for several channels at once. On addition to this, we are looking into the reporting feature that is built for a "at glance" view of your performance.
It's a very powerful tool that automates the posting task.

It won't help with creating visuals as we've seen with some other platforms, but we do prefer it like this as most platforms won't do a great job at it anyway.
