Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social has been a game changer for me. As someone who is very tech savvy, it's made posting and scheduling across platforms easier to manage. The dashboard and notifications help me prioritize who and when I engage. And some of other features allow me to be more surgical with my content, and focus on accounts, news, and media traffic that is relevant to my industry and my work.

Pros

  • Makes posting and scheduling across platforms easier
  • Makes interacting with my audience and prioritizing who to interact with easier
  • Makes it easier to understand what kind of contact is effective or not
  • Allows me to curate the kind of online media experience that I desire for myself

Cons

  • Building out the RSS feed or a similar function to allow me to focus on content that matters most to me.
  • Allowing for the ability to edit or curate content in the publishing feature in one place.
  • This product has saved me at least 3-7 hours a week publishing.
  • My follows and engagement (most important to me) has grown week to week.
Because I don't like tools that requires that I feel I have to be a software or IT technician to use it. I was able to figure out how to employ Zoho Social within the first 5 minutes for publishing and scheduling. The additional tools (RSS feed) has been a very nice touch.
I chose Zoho Social for the ease of use. I'm price conscious, being that I'm just starting out in my social media marketing journey. I can easily track my progress and see where I need to make adjustments because of the tools provided.

I tried several platforms to achieve my goals of creating relevant content and distributing it. I don't have the bandwidth for it. And I'm relatively new to social media marketing. If you're new and need a good tool that is simple and effective, Zoho Social is it. As my needs have grown, I've found it to be more than suitable.
