Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
At CZI, it is being used across the entire organization. It is the highest used platform as it solves one of our most crucial missions, which is to connect users so that they can collaborate in solving some of society’s most complex issues in the areas of medicine, education, and justice reform.
- Video and Audio calling is clear, fast and problem free.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings with others
- Inviting users outside of org
- Customer support really cares
- Patches are sometimes half baked and can sometimes cause issues/break functionality
- Chat could be improved so it operates more like Slack
- Improved collaboration with scientists from all over the world
- Cost savings in both training individuals (little to no learning curve) and remote meetings
- Reliability
Seamless and simple. Can’t speak enough of the high quality calling that Zoom Rooms provides, the ease of use and the ease of implementation. As the AV builds program manager at my organization, I am so happy to work with a product that is almost as simple as plug and play.
