We use Zoom Phone as our telephony solution, every user has their own line that is used for internal and external calling.

- It's improved client service since everyone has their business line on their mobile device.
Zoom Phone was the best value and had the richest features. Also, the implementation of Zoom Phone was much easier than the competing products.
