Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace as our primary phone solution. All of our external calls both incoming and outgoing are handled by Zoom Workplace.

Pros

  • Call Queue Handling
  • SMS Messaging
  • speech to text for voicemails

Cons

  • menu clarity is not intuitive
  • user creation automatically
  • central management of our phone system across multiple office has made life much easier
we use teams for internal meetings and internal collaboration. It fits oue environment better. However the phone system from Zoom Workplace is much easier to setup and use than Zoom Workplace calling is.

Zoom Workplace is a good fit for companies that are looking for a meeting and calling application that can handle all of their needs in one place. We have also found Zoom Workplace to compliment other meeting and collaboration products with their phone services. IF you are getting these services included with other packages it may not be as good of a fit.
