Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We are in the financial services industry, so we use Zoom Workplace for our virtual client meetings. These meetings are fundamental and obligatory in this practice and industry, so Zoom Workplace is allowing us a lot of flexibility for future growth.
Pros
- Allows non-techie people to easily join without jumping through hoops
- Synchronizing with calendars
- Enhanced interactive meeting experience with more functionality
- Educational resources
Cons
- Too much upsell. I'm already a fan, there is no need to push it.
- Less stress for clients
- Less stress for financial advisors
It has saved time because I do not have to do test runs with our clients before their meetings with the advisors. With other platforms, this extra step (which could take a long time) was necessary.
