Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is out go to platform for contacts and accounts. We are also using it for data enrichment and it has the most matches and largest database from what we have found compared to other vendors. It is being used by both Sales and Marketing and it solves our problem with lead and contact data completion, accurate company information as well as easy to use within Salesforce itself.

  • Enrichment.
  • List matches.
  • Integration to Salesforce and other tools like Salesloft.
  • Global reach of contacts and accounts.

Cons

  • Not sure about the intent and how it's configured.
  • More coverage globally but GDPR hinders that to some extent in Europe.

  • Data enrichment is really good for list uploads.
  • Increased sales productivity to find information easily.
  • Contact info and account info is really good.

ZoomInfo has the most comprehensive global database including mobile phone numbers for contacts and accounts. There was no other competitor who was close to the database size. The integration with Salesforce, Marketo and Salesloft was important for us. We used to have DiscoverOrg which was bought by ZoomInfo so we already had the best in class and the combination made it even better.
ZoomInfo started off with contact and company database and that's what it's known for. It can also do enrichment as it has this massive database. Not sure what it's not suited for since it seems to have company data, technographics, firmographics and hierarchy of accounts, we use all the features and sync directly to our Marketo or Salesforce or Salesloft depending on the use case.
