Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS
We use it across all sales departments to find contact information for IB and OB leads. I can't imagine doing our jobs without some form of data provider, we wouldn't get in touch with anyone unorganically.
- Seamless integration with SFDC
- User-friendly
- All search filters I think we need
- The fact that everything is manually updated causes a lag in data accuracy
- I would LOVE for real time job change data like Seamless offers
- Most expensive vendor on the market
- Our Outbound function creates about 50% of our total pipeline, we wouldn't be able to do this without a data tool
- Intent data seems inaccurate, no huge negative impact, just wasted time
- Inaccurate data puts us in front of the wrong people regularly enough, and decreases our sender score

Evaluating but haven't used. They seem to have better data for a way smaller pricetag though
