While there's some things I'd love to see and maybe they will one day, I think this platform is an EXCELLENT choice for someone looking to automate forms. I love not having to manually update a spreadsheet daily, this is more of a set up and forget process although there are times that the automation fails and has to be done manually
If you have multiple departments that are in charge of production or different facets of a large project, this platform is for you. International companies would benefit especially from the real-time updates, which are incredible for overseas production monitoring. For smaller businesses, the cost is too much for something that could be handled in-house
[A] user-friendly platform that allows multiple users to store and organize documents across various departments within the company for easy access. [A] tagging feature is a helpful tool in sending reminders for upcoming renewals, etc.
The bots are fantastic, so many to use to really increase functionality
User friendly for those who are first time users, and the system just gets easier and easier to use with experience
The email notifications for bot failures are very much appreciated, we know right away if something is not functioning
The customer technical support to assist with flow issues, they are quick to respond and assist until the problem is solved or the flow is functioning as envisioned
Regular updates to the platform for improve functionality
On occasion, bots need to be reset/removed in order to work.
I wish there was a way to add a quick document before sending something out similar to DocuSign envelopes. Versioning is very helpful but I do wish there was a way to prepare a form for sending, add in a quickly customized document and a field or two, and send it to just that person.
Being able to assign fields while in the field editor would be helpful!
Even though the cost is higher than its counterparts in the market, overall, it is reliable and gets the job done.
I've faced a single issue in my tenure of using this platform - the integration capabilities. As compared to other project management tools, CMW does seem to have limited integration options.
Current Supply Chain users find great value in ContractWorks. We've been able to demonstrate a better, faster, efficient, cost effective way to solve document and data requirements. ContractWorks is gaining greater interest and acceptance across the Enterprise.
It seems airSlate designers spent a significant amount of time ensuring the product is easy to use and appealing. They were able to accomplish this without sacrificing functionality and quality. The interface isn't cluttered and allows end-user to get going with minimal training. Designing workflows is a snap with the drag and drop "bots" (functions).
As I mentioned in my whole review that it is making opration smoother it's capabilities to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual errors, and improve productivity. Its low code approach allows us to create business apps quickly and easily without requiring extensibe programming knowledge.although it has lots of positive points but there are some issues which is barrier to become perfect that's why I give 8
If you can browse [folder-based] software, then you are good to go from the start. [On] more than one occasion I have offered a tour to new users, just to be told: "thank you, I got it this is easy to use". [The search] feature works exactly as expected, [making] your life so much easier.
We haven't integrated ContractWorks with other systems. Otherwise, reasonably sized documents load fairly quickly and reports extract quickly. I work remotely sometimes it takes an extra minute
I have reached out to airSlate support a number of times during setup and after. The platform includes a built-in support chat that is very convenient and fast. I'm able to get the answers I need is less time than it takes with any other software I use. And I don't need to pick up a phone or write an email and wait for a response. They support staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating
It's more of drag and drop functionality. It is quite easy to set up. Creation of form is very easy. Support Team of Comindware Tracker is good and very friendly. It is efficient in terms of task management, project management, team management, vendor/client tracking.
My questions are answered just about immediately, and this is true for all members of my team who have reached out for support. Furthermore, when we have asked about features that do not yet exist, we received detailed commentary from the company and its developers letting us know whether we could realistically expect any of those features to come to be. I am beyond satisfied with support.
We had been unable to get much attention from DocuSign support/sales when we decided we wanted to connect forms to Salesforce. I stumbled across airSlate on the appExchange, and their sales team was responsive and helpful. I haven't worked in DocuSign myself, but my users tell me that airSlate forms are much cleaner.
Other than trying Comindware Tracker it is newer to me, I have used Adobe software multiple times and are familiar with their products. I won't stack Comindware Tracker against them because they both are amazing. I like using Comindware tracker because it is easy to use and is great for me, it helps optimize and maintain my workflows.
Tasked with finding a cost conscious Contract Management platform, we knew change and acceptance across the Enterprise would come slow. Using ContractWorks means not overspending in initial months with fewer users. As our core group becomes more proficient and we demonstrate/prove ease of use to other departments with scale up use and cost together
