Overall Satisfaction with airSlate

The Underground Clinic uses airSlate to send documents that need to be filled out to our patients. This can be used for our intake paperwork, financial assistance programs, or pre-appointment documents that are needed. This cuts down on our time spent on administration and saves the patient time while waiting for their appointment.

Pros

Cons

  • It may be nice to know what bots are available and how they can be used.
  • Implementation of automatic faxes to numbers.
  • Some errors with downloading documents occur.
  • Time saved on downloading documents, they are automatically added to our Google Drive.
  • Capability to edit each document without creating a whole new template saves a lot of time.
  • Cuts down on volunteers needed to do intake paperwork with a patient.
airSlate is probably on of the most configurable e signature platforms that I have worked with. You are able to customize how you send the document out, along with how you receive them, i.e. email, ZIP file, downloaded to drive. It also allows you to use multiple different types of fields in each document.
We chose airSlate over DocuSign because it allowed us to customize more things. DocuSign was getting pricier and allowed less customization or tools for the same price airSlate was offering. airSlate also gave us a non profit discount and allowed for us to be HIPAA compliant with a signed BAA.

It is very handy that airSlate is HIPAA compliant and we have a signed BAA. It is efficient for sending documents for signing in bulk and can be used for sending to individuals as well. We enjoy the capability of creating documents in multiple languages, and being able to select the appropriate language for each patient.
