If you're a call-heavy organization, ZoomInfo is way better for you, in my opinion. If you're somebody that's just looking for emails and the right person to reach out to, then Apollo.io works well. It's going to depend on your industry, so I use a mix of both. I feel like the …
We found the contact data from Apollo.io was more reliable than Instantly.ai. We used Instantly.ai for about 6 months before stopping our use of it. Growbots doesn't give you as much volume for the same price at Apollo.io. However, we did close sales with Growbots, and we did …
Compared to ZoomInfo, Apollo.io offers comparable data coverage at a fraction of the cost with a more intuitive interface. Against Common Room, Apollo.io is more outbound-execution focused while Common Room excels at signal aggregation. Warmly serves a different real-time …
We liked Apollo.io's interface and easy to understand pricing structure more than the rest. We also felt that Apollo.io's value was higher as it included a lot of other features that we currently aren't taking advantage of for the same if not lower price than its competitors. I …
Apollo.io's ability to push contacts directly through our CRM makes outreach a breeze. The pricing has been our biggest decision factor, I've found it to be the cheapest with the same if not more features. I've used their competitors in the past and I always opt to use …
Apollo has everything with in it and does not require any extra integration and extra tools to be purchased to manage emails, pipelines and does not need to depend on excell sheets for managing everything. It increase productivity and also help me getting right party contact …
We've evaluated ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, and HubSpot Sales Hub as Apollo.io alternatives. Apollo.io won out with its unified interface for lead gen, AI messaging, and analytics—reducing tool switches, costs by 30%, and ramping up outreach speed. No other matched its …
Apollo.io is usually better than saleshandy and Lusha because it does many sales tasks in one platform. Lusha is mainly used to find contact details like emails and phone numbers, and saleshandy is mostly used for sending cold email campaigns. Apollo.io, however, combines both …
Most closely is SalesFlare and they directly pull in information for me and have a pipeline so it has been my go to for more important colder sequences as it has more end to end tracking
Autoklose was very reasonably priced compared to the three competitors that I reviewed, but the features were far less robust than Outreach, so I ultimately decided to leave Autoklose after some time. And I went with Outreach, but I still had a great experience with Autoklose, …
Compared to Outreach, Autoklose is similar in the best ways. Both allow you to create email sequences that naturally appear to forward the previous message. Outreach is really intended for Salesforce users, so many of the features seem useless unless you use salesforce. …
Autoklose categorizes information on the display, it is easy to navigate through dashboards and features. In case something is unclear, the Support team always helps to figure it out quickly and clearly.
For me, the most important "why" I selected Autoklose against other platforms is because it had a cheaper price, a very professional team, and it has everything I needed in order to be productive, keep in touch with my team, and use my personal email. And one very important …
Autoklose allows for much more personal emails rather than the typical "mass" email format used by Mailchimp and others. The emails from Autoklose truly look like one you would receive from any person and we have had much higher engagement from these rather than the standard …
Autoklose was the first product of its kind that we tested out. Compared to mass emailing with Outlook Autoklose did wonders for our organization. It solved a problem that no other prospective person could do.
Mailshake is more complicated because it's a direct email sender, but it gives you its opinion on the type of messages you may send. The advantage Autoklose takes is the data base and it's more of a lead gen system. LeadFuze is on course with Autokloze. It seems LeadFuze has …
I haven't used any other actual products similar to Autoklose. I would do things manually, which took forever and often would fall to the bottom of my to-do list.
It's quite similar to Yesware. Both have the great basic functionality of email outreach and simple data tracking. I believe Mixmax had already provided more functionality lately, so I'd tier it a step above. Outreach is on a different level and one of the industry leaders.
I think that I have already said it, Autoklose has much better support and is really quick to set up and use compared with any of the other systems that I have used over the years.
Autoklose provided a different set of tools that focused solely on ensuring accurate emails get sent. The other products were more focused on the CRM part or were significantly more expensive.
Autoklose combines all the necessary resources for sending a campaign to a targeted (and clean) list of prospects. It sequences for me and is smart about removing leads from the process when they engage or respond. They give me easy-to-understand and act on reports of what …
The ones I have used in the past were parts or pieces of the flow. Something goes wrong it's back and worth, this has to talk to that, I don't have the patience or the time. Now I can use one tool for a greater part of the client life cycle from lead to partner.
Ideally, you can organize your list of potential clients based on various criteria, such as business unit, economic sector, location (by country or city), company size, etc. I have tested this with companies in my country and confirmed that the results are genuine, provided the contacts are verified. This review was originally written in Spanish and has been translated into English using a third-party translation tool. While we strive for accuracy, some nuances or meanings may not be perfectly captured.
I would recommend Autoklose to smaller teams that do not have the tools and processes in place for conducting sales outreach or business development activities. I would also recommend it to Sales development reps who are relying on manually managing their sales outreach without the benefits of automation. I'd also recommend it if they are trying to do the above while using a CRM like Pipedrive, as Autoklose works well with some CRMs.
Firstly, finding the details of the potential customers that is there name, designation email and phone number since these are the most important cases most of the times I can get this data in Apollo.io
I can pull the bulk data of the targeted organization, or I can pull the emails based on the location and job titles
Apart from the email capture, the thing which helpful is that the email sequence can find emails and send emails in Apollo.io itself and also the report and the dashboard are so clean
Friendly UI and UX Apollo.io was the first tool which I used. Since then I'm still using Apollo.io for easy understanding
The system is not designed to send out hundreds of emails within the hour. Thus if you have timely information, and you have a large list, it will generally take many hours to execute.
Related to the above, timing of email delivery does jot exist nor can it be customized by timezone.
There is a learning curve with Apollo.io, but it's not overwhelming. There's simply a lot of functionality, so it takes a bit to learn the navigation and feature set. I wouldn't let that scare you, though, as there's an AI chat to help you find what you're looking for.
It is well set out from a user interface perspective and once you understand how it works you understand the power and the logic of how it is done. Like any software it helps to be a frequent user, but Autoklose lets you set up campaigns in the shortest possible time based on experience with other systems that I have used.
The team wants to solve probelms, but we are finding that they don't know how to solve the more technical issues quickly. I suspect that they don't have a mature process for escalations, and they don't have a usable knowledge base article repository. They seems to push emails around to let us know that people are working on the issues to find solutions, but this takes weeks and oftentimes still leaves us without a resolution.
Our Autoklose rep is amazing! Jelena has always gotten back to us within 24 hours, despite living on a different continent. She is completely proficient with the tool and is usually able to answer our questions with a brief email or short virtual meeting.
If you're a call-heavy organization, ZoomInfo is way better for you, in my opinion. If you're somebody that's just looking for emails and the right person to reach out to, then Apollo.io works well. It's going to depend on your industry, so I use a mix of both. I feel like the Apollo.io extension works a lot better than ZoomInfo because ZoomInfo always gives you a lot of errors, and sometimes it doesn't work or load. For the most part, Apollo.io does, and I never have an issue with the extension as well.
Autoklose was very reasonably priced compared to the three competitors that I reviewed, but the features were far less robust than Outreach, so I ultimately decided to leave Autoklose after some time. And I went with Outreach, but I still had a great experience with Autoklose, and I'm able to give them great scores for their product and their service. Salesloft was less robust, and Mailshake wasn't sophisticated enough for my needs.
Apollo.io has helped me find a good set of new target audience for the business that I am in, essentially helping me build a prospective line and grow my lead database by 25 to 30% where I lack a certain skill
The Apollo.io quality of the data that it has is significantly better through other competitors like Lusha and others
In terms of the revenue increase, there have been certain instances where I have found a new acquirer that essentially I would not have found in a general scenario and that has help me generate from the new identified lead
