Finding B2B leads is the best suited scenario for using Apollo.io it uses advanced AI & integration with LLM tools like ChatGPT, Claude etc. to set templates and find recurring matching data for the set parameters Apollo.io is the largest database for leads across the countries and not specific to a particular region.
Observe.ai is incredibly well suited for uncovering trends. The accuracy of their transcripts paired with how easy it is for any user to find insights helps us tap of data you would think would be impossible to get, or at least in a very slow and manual process (listening to call samples, 1 call at a time it’s a thing of the past now).
This simplicity of use and the power of their machine learning and AI applications have proven to be particularly helpful for us to boost our agent performance and training.
Observe.ai is still at the early stages of real-time agent assist, so I would not recommend it right now for that type of application.
Sequencing automated email campaigns for outbound prospecting (BD Function).
Integrating with Sales Navigator to help me find emails/phone #' numbers/"add to sequence" while prospecting. It's easy and seamless to find & then load contacts into Cadences.
Integration with Salesforce is a huge plus. Allows me to not worry about logging anything, but the executive team can see my activity & what is going on (emails going out, responses I get, etc.).
The analytics on the outreach data is always helpful as well (open rates, click rates, etc.).
We are very satisfied with the features, support, follow up and value that Observe.ai has brought to our organization. They are also very easy to deal with and very willing to listen to recommendations to help boost the solution.
I gave it a higher rating of 9 because I am using it as an added benefit to make my work easier and faster. I like how user-friendly it is to navigate all the features. Results were provided on time, and I was given the necessary information to accomplish the task and achieve the company's goal.
Their UI is very easy to navigate and understand. Most features are easily accessible and they seem well balanced and connected with each other. Users at our company have been trained with good proficiency levels in just a few hours, and high proficiency can be achieved in a week or less if you spend the time to practice.
The team wants to solve probelms, but we are finding that they don't know how to solve the more technical issues quickly. I suspect that they don't have a mature process for escalations, and they don't have a usable knowledge base article repository. They seems to push emails around to let us know that people are working on the issues to find solutions, but this takes weeks and oftentimes still leaves us without a resolution.
I link the interface of Apollo.io better than Zoominfo. Zoominfo only provides a company employees and rarely the specific people I was looking for in shipping and logistics. It generally recommended higher level executives like Presidents or COO's instead of the decision makers I need to work with. I also found much of the info Zoominfo provided to be outdated. In some cases the people were no longer employed with the company
I've only just started using Apollo, but with the 24 emails I've sent out using Apollo, I've already received one response, which is a much better ratio than before.
I was also able to add several companies that were not already in my Salesforce account, which appeared in Apollo.io.
Apollo.io helped me find genuine companies that we could assist through the prospecting filters, which was very helpful.
