Celonis allows input information to be worked within the tool, while IBM Process Mining does not.
In the rest of the functionalities that we evaluated, Celonis and IBM have similar characteristics. However, Celonis license cost is ten times higher.
Unlike UI Path, we find that …
Compared to ARIS Process Mining 10 & UiPath Business Automation Platform, IBM Process Mining is more geared toward understanding and improving existing processes, with process analysis and optimization. While others solutions might offer a more comprehensive automation suite, …
ibm is more practical than Celonis and ui path process mining because ibm effectively optimized our operation and its Accelerate productivity and less time and reduce error and due to AI its more easier than both. i personally found IBM most trusted and secure and its advance …
We selected IBM Process Minging because is simple to apply but is very powerful and have a lot of options and funtionalitys. The other reason is in relation to the cost, which is more convenient than the others

As we started looking for a process mining software, we checked the most popular ones first, reviewed them, calculated prices, and we finally decided with UiPath. It doesn't require that much technical knowledge as the others, and as it is priced by features used, we could …
The scenarios where ARIS Process Mining is well suited are actually quite niche. I can say if you're a big, old organization with a lot of hierarchy and bureaucracy and this causes the information within the organization to disseminate and reaching the correct units take time, therefore inefficiency, then it's surely worth investing in ARIS Process Mining tool. These are the exact problems ARIS offers to solve. But if at least some of these terms I mentioned do not apply to your organization, whether it's small or does not suffer these symptoms despite being big, you can still use it for its various reporting and mining tool to improve, however the most suitable scenario is as I explained above.
at real time use I found is easy to use. if your algorithms is up to the point then you can extract a strong data accOrding to your strategy .which required for your R&D.and after using process Mining we converted passive clients into active and now were delivering them best service.
document understanding, which is a key aspect of process mining, has its strengths and weaknesses. Its capability with handwritten or scanned documents is not there yet - compared to its competitors such as Abbyy. However, the integration with Uipath orchestrator and the studio is fantastic, plus its ability to integrate seamlessly with other applications.
It seems to be offered as a stand-alone product by UiPath which tends to increase the number of dedicated platforms that in-house developers have to mind. Integration into one of its already existing platforms would have been the best. Nonetheless, this does not impact its performance in any way, but rather the productivity of the user in the long run.
I think it is the best process mining software that can currently exist, others are similar, but do not meet our expectations, we will use it for a long time, it is a system that makes us productive with minimal manual effort, the quality of the results they are amazing.
It's been such a helpful investment with a very good return on an investment. The amount of time alone we have been able to say by deploying UiPath Process Mining (formerly ProcessGold) has been worth it alone, not to mention the additional money we are able to generate through deploying these processes
The initial integration/configuration is complex and hence takes time. Once integrated it is very easy and nice to use. We can have the analytics with a very user-friendly dashboard. It provides detailed information which helps in finding causes and hence in improvement. I would say it is a very nice and user-friendly tool.
We worked with a vendor who supported us and have been able to resolve any problems/questions we came across so we did not even need to go to ARIS Process Mining support/developer team to resolve issues.
We have received all the detailed documentation and requested information even on Friday evenings. The tutorials and examples are great for starting the implementation and optimizing it a long the way to the required custom internal needs. If needed, there is also the option to book a consultation with an IBM specialist which can recommend the proper processes of implementation.
It a good product. I would definitely keep using it in the near future. We have had good feedback within the team and also from our stakeholders on the other side of the table. Right now, there isn't any other tool out there better for doing the tasks that UiPath is doing.
I have not heard of any better such software that you can use to both map the processes, report them and mine them to see bottlenecks to improve. There are many software platforms that you can draw and map processes but such advanced library, mapping, reporting and mining tools to achieve the optimal process flow does not exist as far as I know.

UiPath platform allows more flexibility when developing processes and has a great product road map. They are investing in developing new features and improving their products which will allow our clients to accomplish more using UiPath.
Disbursement and vendor payments are only two examples of the kind of routine processes that might benefit greatly from being automated.
IBM Process Mining has helped us better understand our consumers by revealing patterns of behavior that can be explained by the use of AI.
By automatically detecting, verifying, and bettering workflows, IBM Process Mining helps me locate inefficiencies and opportunities. That makes it simple to distribute assets where they will have the greatest impact, boosting return on investment.
