Additional Details
There are a few different set up fees based off of number of users, any data migration etc. that needs to be done.
Auzmor Learn has similar functionality to Mindflash, Skyprep and BizLibrary. What sets them apart for me was their willingness to team with me in addressing the unique challenges that our business sector has (construction) due to a very transient workforce.
Reporting and Insights are more effective and easy to access with Auzmor. Third-party content saves a lot of time in course creations. I think they have close to 70k contents to choose the appropriate which suits you.
Auzmor Learn is well suited in allowing us to create content beyond just the normal PowerPoint presentations that are normally used. The content creation piece will allow us to have more interactive training available. Auzmor will also allow us to offer self-paced training instead of or to supplement live instructor led training. We will be able to manage and track both in Auzmor, which is a plus. It is also suited to provide both internal and external training for our needs.
Since I only use BizLibrary as a source for content, I cannot speak to the program's suitability as an LMS, but it is an excellent solution for obtaining content that can be used in your own LMS. They offer a wide range of topics, the courses are just the right length, and the files never give me any issues exporting, loading into our LMS, and users rarely have trouble viewing the files. If you are looking for content to be added to your own LMS, BizLibrary is the way to go. What I know of it as an LMS, it seems like there would be content overload for a student. With so much content, it might be hard for a student to narrow down what they would like to take.
Assessments can now easily be uploaded in bulk using a CSV template.
Successful assessment submission(s) from a learner will trigger a notification to their respective manager/instructor/admin who assigned the training to them.
We can create a lesson through video formats, documents, embedding links, YouTube & Vimeo.
It can create and track our live training both classroom and online.
The course is publicly accessible with public weblink.
There was some missing functionality that was raised to the Auzmor team, which they are very receptive of that feedback and work with you on providing a solution, work around or addressing it in a future release.
Being able to attach certain file types for training exercises was not supported.
There was some limitations on resizing some images and text boxes during course content creation.
Some of the whitelabeling and cutomization of the UI has some limitations.
The reporting options changed when the program was updated. You have to go through more steps to find the data to download. I would like more canned reports.
Adding a new learner is easy, but it takes more time to get them into the right group. We segment learners by company and role to make assigning topics easier for us.
From a functionality standpoint the software continues to meet the requirements we had set for the LMS we chose to implement. The addition of new features has increased the likelihood we will continue to use Auzmor Learn. As long as the usability of the software meets the needs of our learners we would not have a reason to look at other options
Overall Auzmor Learn is very usable but there is always room for improvements in every program. Auzmor is very willing to continuously improve their product as well as ask me where I think they might improve or address a unique issue for me that ultimately improves the product for all Auzmor Learn users.
I have been working with Sandeep from Auzmor and others for over a year. Any time I have a question or issue, I can block time on his calendar and have a conversation about what I'm having issues with. Everybody I talk to from Auzmor listens. I've had several ideas that I believed would improve the admin and user experience on Auzmor. They listened and many times implemented those changes. Their customer service team is the best I've worked with. They are amazing people and they all deserve a raise!
When reaching out for support, BL is quick to respond. Even if they do not have a solution - such as when lessons were retired without a replacement - they are always thoughtful and informed.
It was so easy, the tech that worked with me and my client success rep were beyond helpful. If I had questions they responded immediately and were very instrumental in our success.
The level of support we have received from Auzmor Learn has been fantastic. The amount of training that we received during the implementation process to the level of support we continue to receive is top tier. If we ever have any issues or questions, we know that a member from Auzmor Learn will be able to help us quickly and efficiently.
We selected BizLibrary because it had the most robust system that pertained to our employee base. We have found that that has resulted in users engaging in several areas in addition to those required. The price was better that some and worse that some, but we felt that it provided the best value and that has proven to be the case.
Employee engagement feedback related to the need for learning & development has already seen an uptick. Many express alot of gratitude/appreciation for the JIT learning opportunity.
1st year ROI achieved with first half-dozen employees who participated in courses which were otherwise budgeted to be taken as one-day, offsite sessions from other (classroom) vendors.
Broad-based management support was at first a struggle, to be candid, but as employees have completed courses and then we've followed up, managers are now providing positive feedback from their perspective.
