Likelihood to Recommend Avionte Staffing Software
Avionté is a wonderful tool for recruiting agencies. It's highly customizable and does everything I need it to do as a full-cycle recruiter. It has a massive database capacity--we transferred 20 years' worth of data into Avionte--and appears to do well by our sales/account management team as well.

Being a Human capital management company, we hire many individuals on a weekly basis so it helps us keep all of the paperwork organized and prevent any accidents when managing all of the data. Sometimes it does pose a problem for those who are not technologically savvy.

It doesn't allow for much control on changes that are done. All employees have access to modify other employees information, it has an audit trail and would show who made the changes and what the previous information was even if these are easily fixed situations. It has led to confusion with the misuse of some of the employees in our company. It should have better integration with more payroll systems. They are currently offering some integration but it is not possible to fully integrate unless the payroll system is part of the compatible ones. When a candidate applies from Indeed or any other job search engine, their resume tend to be modified and some dates get into the wrong places, so their parsing system should get some improvement, or at least allow to update the file that has been uploaded. Read full review Custom fields--custom fields do not follow the candidate from hire to onboarding. This is problematic because we then have to recreate on the onboarding side to then import into our HRIS. Onboarding picklists are time-consuming to populate. We have to enter options one at a time, rather than being able to do an import. Also, field mapping on Hire is a lot easier than having to set up tags on option sets in onboarding. If I were to become an internal recruiter again, I would almost definitely use Jobvite. I liked the fact that we could set up any job application link on our company web site to connect directly to Jobvite. I also liked that Jobvite made employee referral easy to submit, as employee referrals tend to be the highest quality candidates. Jobvite really has all the tools a recruiter needs to get a candidate through a recruiting process quickly without anything slipping through the cracks. Even though there are a lot of features I feel can be greatly improved, I don't think there is anything on the market today that is better than Jobvite

Support used to be better. In the last few years, though, I feel like there has been significantly less investment in customer service. We used to have account managers who were very visible and always checking in. Also, there used to be a phone number to get around-the-clock support. I am not sure that that exists at the quality it used to

Compas has a cleaner interface than the other ATSs . It doesn't look clunky. That being said system is that not intuitive. But once you learn it, it works pretty well. We picked Compas because of the Gmail integration. Gmail/Google is a big part of the system we run on and having Compass feed into that [is as well].

Kronos Workforce Ready . Neither of these products got us where we wanted to be with metrics, candidate experience, or technology. I'm sure since we left them they have updated, but we are much happier with Jobvite than others. In the process of searching for a new ATS, we attended demonstrations of 9 other applicant tracking systems and were most impressed with Jobvite.

Interview Scheduling - With the candidate self-scheduling feature, we can now schedule interviews in a matter of seconds while also automating the candidate confirmation email and the calendar invites. More detailed source tracking than I have seen in any other product allowing full visibility on who we hire, where they came from and we can now analyze our sources.
