Avira Prime, now from Gen (the company formed from the merger of NortonLifeLock, Avast, Avira, and AVG), is an antivirus solution used to protect small businesses, a cross-platform and multi-device solution replacing Avira's legacy antivirus solutions phased out in December of 2021.
It is good for organizations that need an AV solution that does really well in AV detection/performance tests, and also has a good track record for using little system resources on the client machine. It is less suited for organizations that want an AV product that is historically used by the industry or is known as an industry standard (e.g. Microsoft products, etc).
Cisco AnyConnect has allowed me to connect to the network when I am not at the office. For example, in an international digital campaign, it was possible to access readily important files and work on other collaborative working spaces without any violation of security measures. I noticed that there was a slight lag whenever several members of the team logged in at the same time during the weekend.
For the use that I currently give to my laptop it works very well, but it can fail if your way of surfing the web is careful and you dedicate yourself to visit infected forums, download files from any part, or use bad programs.

It has many advantages and uses other than other common VPNs but it's very important to understand the problems and issues which till not solved yet. The major issue is there is no support system or no body is doing hypercare for clients or client organizations. Speed is good, but making a connection is worse, and nobody cares about it.
I have been using Cisco AnyConnect for past two years and thus I can say very firmly that I have never seen the outage from the Cisco AnyConnect services either It is VPN, System Scans or the Network Connectivity. Since the product runs really well overall, and I haven't really run into any major issues, I have not had a need to contact the vendor directly for support. I have perused the vendor's site for other support channels, and they do have a number of good support options, such as submitting a request, KB articles, and Community forums. One support option that does not seem to be available (or might be really hard to find) is a direct line to call for phone support. As an individual or business member you can submit a request via a web form, which then will be sent to the tech support team, at which point they will call you.
Because whenever I log the case with Cisco support, yes they have come back with valid technical data. So this is what has happened and we could fix it in this way. That support will detail what happened and how to get it overcome very quickly. That's what I like. The support level we get is really good for the product
Our Managed Services vendor helped us with the implementation. When we initially setup our AnyConnect using MFA for remote connectivity, the setup was easy and straight forward and worked just fine. After a year, we decided to change to an "always on" feature and use machine and user based security certificates instead of MFA. We had to open a ticket with Cisco support and have their assistance getting this feature to work. Turned out they had a small bug in the code for that version of AnyConnect and it has since been corrected. We have had no issues with the upgrades since that time. The deployment of the software to the user machines was done with SCCM and was straight forward. The user machine upgrades are easy - when the user machine connects and sees a new version available, it upgrades itself! What could be easier?
F-Secure despite being a good antivirus when it comes to protecting home equipment does not act the same for business protection because its performance is much lower as well as its ease of use while Avira meets these requirements and its protection is much more complete and efficient, since not only acts against common threats but it is also optimal to protect against advanced threats and the one that works in real time makes the virus detection rate much more efficient before any other antivirus, that is why It is ideal for the protection of business teams
Cisco is one of our core partners besides Microsoft and SAP. And so yes, we are utilizing very many projects from Cisco. I would mention the whole networking equipment, the routing equipment, the wireless LAN, and also when it comes to infrastructure to compute infrastructure, we are utilizing Cisco servers within our converged infrastructure Flex spot. I have not had serious infections due to viruses or Trojans. In addition, every time a malicious code is downloaded, Avira detects it and blocks it fast enough. So, I have not had to re-format my PC, I have not lost documents that I had stored on disk C, and of course, I have not lost time trying to recover the data from my PC.
I've also been able to install it on not-so-powerful PCs, so its users have been able to continue using their computers without any problem and also avoid serious infections.
We are able to seamlessly work on multiple clients daily, and it allows us to quickly handle more projects at the same time.
