Overall Satisfaction with Cisco AnyConnect

My employer utilizes Cisco AnyConnect as an access key to a VPN, allowing a secure internet connection from home, office, or wherever you can get a secure Wi-Fi signal. Cisco AnyConnect automates the setup with your connection quickly and securely. We also have additional options to make manual attempts to connect at other site hubs, allowing us a wealth of options to connect. We are a global company and this solution works wonderfully for our operations worldwide!

I love the simplicity and user-friendliness of this tool! It enables connecting to your network from anywhere you can get a Wi-Fi signal. Customer service support is quick and effecient should you ever run into any issues with the product. I would not hesitate to recommend Cisco AnyConnect to any business that has remote employees.

The one time in the past year that I needed to contact the Cisco AnyConnect support staff, my request was handled professionally, quickly, and efficiently. We all have had sub-par customer service in differnt areas of our professional lives, but that's not happeneing here! I would not hesitate to recommend Cisco AnyConnect to any business that utilizes remote employees at multiple locations.
After the events of update failure from CrowdStrike on July 19th, 2024, it will likely have a significant falling out in the trust of that product. Fortinet has a formidle solution and outstanding reviews, however, Cisco AnyConnect has been the most reliable solution that I have used throughout my career - no hesitation!

Cisco AnyConnect allows a simplified, automatic connection from a laptop to your servers quickly and securely. For peace of mind, this is a no-brainer to keep your data secure and your business productive.

Customer support is consistently top-notch, coming up with quick fixes to whatever difficulties are thrown your way. I would not hesitate to reccommend Cisco AnyConnect to any business that needs connected employees throught the world.
Cisco AnyConnect is usually a speedy, reliable, and efficient tool for the creation of your own VPN whatever location that you've brought your laptop. I have run into a few scenarios that have caused the connection to be considerably slower. However, in thise instances, I am linking a poor Wi-Fi connection as the root cause of slow implimentation.
