Bandwidth covers the majority of areas where we had customers. However, there are still some areas we would have like to see them cover for calls. They cover more areas than our other carriers, but they did surprise us from time to time by an inability to be able to deliver call transport.

MessageBird seems to me a very useful tool for the times we are living [in] and the paradigm shift in corporate communications in all industries. It is very good at exchanging information and plain text. It works with some difficulty for sending images and other functionalities that the real WhatsApp application has, but the client on the other side does not know about this and sometimes sends information such as location that it is not possible to obtain.

If you have a business and a phone you need Plivo so you can track all incoming calls. Using this service allows for you to track an[y] missed calls allowing you the ability to try to call potential customers, clients and see how you can help them with your products and or services.

They deserve a 10+ rating starting from signing up to implementing their services. I am not the best person to get computer tasks done and this company made it a breeze.

Their pricing is tough to beat, the reliability is great. And then add a few more positive things, like the tools and customer support, and that makes it a no-brainer.

Regarding WhatsApp Business, it is a very useful tool because templates can be programmed for the entire organization and clients can also be referred to other users in order to decongest an agent who can become quite busy. Otherwise there would be no way to serve you through two agents and you could have a bad end user or customer experience.

Yes, it is good to use Plivo, as per the pricing and ease of integration. Twilio has a difficult pattern for business developers and could be understood only by a developer.
Plivo has proper delivery reports as compared to Twilio. Using Plivo has helped us grow efficiently and in a good manner.

We found Bandwidth to be very easy to work with and they grew as we grew. Their pricing was very competitive and they were always willing to take another look at their pricing for us.
