Overall Satisfaction with Bandwidth
Bandwidth.com is a CLEC. My company resells their numbers and service for VoIP communication. The whole company utilizes Bandwidth.com, but I interface mainly with phone numbers including number porting. We are able to order and port numbers through BW and resell to our customers. They have contacts and communication with other CLEC and LEC carriers to be able to port amongst each other.
- Bandwidth has great customer service. They are all friendly and super helpful.
- They are innovative and constantly updating their APIs, UIs, and products they offer.
- Their UI and API are user friendly and intuitive.
- They are actively working on this, but they currently are not able to work with third party SMS providers to separate voice and SMS. There are many companies that offer an SMS product for dental, medical, etc. offices so our customers have increasing requests to use a third party.
- I do not have access to the ROI so I cannot answer this question.
