Infor CloudSuite ERP is the company's cloud-based ERP suite for medium to large global manufacturers, distributors, and after-sales service providers—delivering flexibility to manage mixed-mode and complex value chains.
After all the research and demos I watched, I had narrowed it down to BQE CORE & BigTime Software. We actually started w/ BQE CORE, which is an incredibly robust software with a lot of great abilities. It ended up being way more robust than we needed or wanted. We switched …
Many of those other softwares did not provide the detailed reporting capabilities that Big Time does. It was harder to get the data we needed out of those systems, and some just did not have it all together...
I didn't use the reporting features much on ClickTime, so I can't compare that. The previous company where I was that used ClickTime may have had just a basic subscription for timekeeping.
I liked the client management, but it didn't do time tracking, billing or syncing with quickbooks. It was too robust for my needs. I tried it for the client management and thought I might use it along with bigtime, but it was too cumbersome and would involve too much double …
BigTime Software blows Zoho out of the water because it's all in one place and the customer service is 1000x better than Zoho. It's easy to get answers and understand where the problem is and how to fix it. Zoho was confusing, didn't communicate well between modules, and the …
We selected BigTime [Software] because it had the most features that we needed in our company. It is lacking some features but overall it is a good fit for us.
The main reason why we have decided to change services [...] is because we have carried out an internal analysis to determine which tool [is the best], with the [most] appropriate functionalities to fulfill our labor proposal. [We] came to the conclusion that BigTime [Software] …
While they have similar capabilities, our main reason for switching to BigTime Software was that Harvest could not reconcile expenses and labor hours into one budget line item, which threw off entire project budgets. In this regard, BigTime Software is more accurate and a much …
We looked at several different options, but most of them charge a percentage of the profits to use their service. BigTime is a flat rate for access/use and that works better with our business.
It’s a great alternative to other invoice software since it's easy for a quick Excel invoice or other timesheet for contracting work. It was easy to enter time and upload receipts as well. I uploaded a receipt for a software purchase when I had to add that to my billing as …
BigTime was recommended by enough people in our circle that we didn't even consider any other options. All other options were outside our price point as well.
The one-stop-shop of CRM, accounting, reporting, and planning is the biggest appeal for Vantagepoint. When you set up your system to provide a "single source of truth" it makes use of other systems impractical and obsolete. Other systems can provide a portion (CRM, accounting, …
BQE Core. I think that BQE core is definitely harder to use, and has a lot of features atleast from the users perspective that dont seem entirely neccesary. Deltek is very straight forward and easy to use.
Deltek stands up against the competition by being the most robust and the most powerful. It is more expensive so that is a negative. It does not have the best user interface but it works well enough. Others were missing key data or functions that we could not do without them.
Compared to other ERP softwares like SAP and Oracle, Infor CloudSuite ERP is simple, flexible and adaptable with specific industry solutions. SAP is quite powerful but at same time it's quite complex for organizations that are looking for leaner business processes, this is …
THey are rather different, but whilst Blackline is able to be connected with many things - M3 is not on that side of the road. Compared to Blackline, m3 is a bit more robust I must admit - however, nowadays this can not be an excuse for lack of flexibility.
Infor CloudSuite ERP is industry-driven. The Infor CloudSuite ERP comes bundled with proven solutions tailored to specific industries. Infor CloudSuite ERP offers a broad Technology Stack that not only facilitates the interaction between differing Infor products, it also …
We previously used Microsoft Navision and considered SAP, NetSuite and Sage in our selection process. Infor CloudSuite ERP was not a one size fits all solution like many of the others. Infor CloudSuite ERP has 3 cloud ERP for Distribution, Manufacturing and Service industries. …
All products have their strengths and weaknesses. The deciding factors for us was the robustness of their offering (at that price point), the Infor ecosystems of related and connected products, the effort Infor put into presales to make sure this was a good fit to deliver …
Infor CloudSuite is much easier in my opinion to understand and get up and running. All ERPs are complex... but Infor was less complex than SAP. Infor had prebuilt processes for our industry that we could start with and then tweak and adjust further for our specific needs. …
Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) is equivalent to ADP, as the system is old style with poor navigation to where you need to go. But just like ADP is effective at the data management they have to handle. Paylocity is more user friendly and easy navigation but has quirks …
In my opinion, Infor ERP lacks in a lot of customizable features and navigation through the system. I believe If you are using this for the recruitment process in your organization, the system is very slow to navigate, does not accommodate for high volume of applicants, and you …
When it comes to how Infor M3 stacks up against other ERP systems, it really depends on the specific needs and requirements of an organization. Infor M3 has several advantages, such as its strong support for process manufacturing, advanced inventory management capabilities, and …
Infor M3 effectively manages the material plans and production schedules. It has also served well for our upper management of multiple business units which require months of consolidation, multi-currency financial operations, and the complete life cycle of business processes. …
We only had Lawson initially because it was "what we had always used". Closer to when I left the company we began looking for alternatives and ultimately engaged Oracle to switch to the Oracle ERP Cloud. We needed something that had better API integration and ease of use, and …
We have used Lawson for over15 years. I'm not sure what products were reviewed when Lawson was implemented. We migrated from AS/400 to Lawson for most of our product verticals/geographies. Lawson is easier to use compared with other ERPs, perhaps due to the fact it has been …
I've worked as an administrator, functional consultant, implementer and end-user of 3 different ERP products (Lawson, Oracle eBusiness Suite, and ViewPoint). Lawson fits in the middle of this pack. Oracle is the most feature-rich of the bunch (and also the most complicated …
I was not here for when Adage was introduced but I can say having had experience with Oracle I can say that it can hold its own. When it gets down to, Adage is easier and cheaper to maintain then other ERP's. It can do the same tasks other ERP's can do and does them well.
One of the products I have used is an Oracle accounting product. I feel that Infor stands up well when comparing to the Oracle product especially for the accounting functions. In comparing it to Microsoft Dynamics I feel that Infor is easier to use in some accounting tasks. The …
We might move away from Infor, the business is growing and Infor Lawson is no longer fit to the business, so we are in the process of evaluating other ERPs.
I believe it is well suited for our industry! We are professional services consulting firm and we need this! However if there is a smaller company who does not need to track these items, then they should not use this big of a platform
It is well suited to connecting customer relationship databases and a project lifecycle. Business development people and other personnel should be able to get good use out of it in their daily jobs and functions. It is helpful to keep a record of ongoing projects and new pursuits among the team.

Invoice Style and detail..Bigtime allows the user the ability to choose more of what you need to appear on your invoice with its window options.
Phase/Percentage Billing; ease of adding additional phases to a project mid-project; clearly identifying Retainers
Support Team- In particular Melissa D and Lina Z...Par Excellent on the Teams
WHIP/Reports/Review of Invoices just make the entire billing process a BREEZE has cut my time frame in half, a Incredible help in this Season of Remote Work Environment that we are adapting to.
The accounting function of Infor ERP is designed very well and it is easy to use. From journal entries to generating a trial balance it only takes a few clicks to get what you need.
The job tracking process within Infor ERP is easy to understand. You can view the progress of each job a number of different ways and this helps users know how close each job is to the finish line at any time.
It is very easy to run month end processes that ensure all costs are accurate and then be ready for the next accounting period.
For some types of projects, we are unable to use BigTime's invoicing feature. It would be nice if we could further customize invoices to fit our needs. We still have to use Quickbooks to complete certain invoices.
Being able to create Purchase Orders in BigTime would be extremely useful to us. We currently use Quickbooks for this.
Reporting is very clunky and anything but intuitive.
Compared to Vision, Vantagepoint layouts are very cookie-cutter. The latest release allows you to create up to 5 columns, still, it is so much less customizable than Vision in look and feel.
Customer service is poor. If you have a question or issue you can expect it to be addressed in 2-4 weeks, minimum.
Software testing has been poor in the past. Too many bugs have made it through to release on things that should have easily been caught, such as certain workflows not working, etc.
Other than the inherent pain of a new implementation, it's a great platform and Infor is a great partner to work with. Every system has problems, our are no worse than any other platform. Maybe even a little better, nothing to make us want to change platforms any time in the near future
Overall most areas of the software are easy to use. I tend to spend a lot of time in analytics and reports. Those are not as user friendly, in my opinion, and could use some improvements. I think it just takes time to get familiar with where items are stored in the program and what changes affect what.
It is ok to use; it is not the easiest to use in terms of usability and user-friendliness but it is not the worst. It still feels somewhat outdated. Many cloud options are cleaner or look more modern. But it is good enough and you should be able to get the hang of it.
This is a highly configurable product. Where all available support provided by [Information] is very good and exceeds our expectations! The investment in this product by Infor continues to be significant and is showing results! Infor is going a long way and is here to stay! No doubt about that!
The support is amazing! They are always available through the chat interface in the program. Each support person has fully answered my questions the first time. I have had a positive experience with each inquiry. It is very important to me that I am able to get instant access to help so that I can make the most of the software and all of its capabilities.
I would rate Deltek VantagePoint highly in terms of the overall support. You can receive support any time you need it and there is a representative from Deltek assigned to your account so that you can always get the help when you need it. Sometimes, they want to go more in-depth than I would like, however.
The support is satisfactory, given the large user base of the product. We had no issues to meet our reporting deadlines with Lawson. The organizational support team internally are well trained and hence only on exceptional basis issues are escalated to Lawson support team. We had no negative experience so far with the support of Lawson.
I touched on this briefly, in another survey section, but my implementation manager, Kevin, was exceptional. The actual implementation process took 3 months, not 1 before I was comfortable rolling it out to staff. We also had to wait/schedule time and coordinate for our custom xml. invoice to be generated and in a place we felt comfortable sending it out to clients. In the end I was very satisfied, but during the first few months it was challenging.
The main reason why we have decided to change services [...] is because we have carried out an internal analysis to determine which tool [is the best], with the [most] appropriate functionalities to fulfill our labor proposal. [We] came to the conclusion that BigTime [Software] is much more complete in terms of functionalities and even [at a] lower price.
The one-stop-shop of CRM, accounting, reporting, and planning is the biggest appeal for Vantagepoint. When you set up your system to provide a "single source of truth" it makes use of other systems impractical and obsolete. Other systems can provide a portion (CRM, accounting, planning, etc.) of what Vantagepoint offers in a single package, but very few provide the one-stop-shop Vantagepoint provides.
In our case, Infor CloudSuite ERP also have a specific tract for food and beverage.
The product is useful for faster billing and efficient timesheet logs. I do like the report features however there are many options and can be overwhelming for the user. It is most helpful to set up reports speaking to an agent to ensure the right fields are set, etc.
Before BigTime, we were using Excel to track everything, creating invoices, and run reports. Getting on BigTime has saved us tons of time and effort which equates to dollars saved on labor.
From a legal standpoint, BigTime has allowed us to be organized and prepared in the event we would need to present financial details to anyone.
We've been a customer since the early 80's. Avoiding conversion has saved us an incalculable amount of money. Fortunately, Lawson has kept up enough to keep meeting our needs.
Having a self-service portal saves us internal FTEs in Human Resources and Accounting. Benefits enrollment alone likely saves us one Benefits Coordinator FTE alone.
