Overall Satisfaction with Deltek Vantagepoint

We used it for over 2 years. We just finished up last month. In my opinion, we did not get any ROI with the product. It was very lackluster with information that we required. When we tried to get more information nobody contacted us. Based on experience, there were erroneous charges from DelTek without explanation and then they would not refund us for charging the account for those fraudulent charges. I believe they did not even provide the service for those additional charges either. When we tried to cancel after 2 years of the product not working for us at all, they tried everything they could to save us. At that point they wanted to talk, but when we were having issues the entire 2 years before, they didn't have the time. That being said, we cancelled, and when the month was over they tried to auto renew us. They said we didn't provide any evidence that we were cancelling. We provided multiple emails where we said we were going to cancel. They wouldn't let us cancel and they even tried to take us to collections at that point. After everything I would not recommend utilizing DelTek at all.

If asked by a colleague if I would recommend this product/company, I will say absolutely not. I believe their customer service was terrible. They did not fix any issues. We did not get any benefit from them for 2 years.
