One application unifies the entire sales cycle from leads to collaborating with internal team members. Why use 3, 4, or 5 programs, just use one. Yes, it might not always be the fastest, but when you don't need to switch from one application to the next, in the end, you are saving some time. If you also use Google Drive, you can share files with this program too. If you also need to track time for projects or with clients, this has a time tracking feature too. The visuals in Bitrix24 are awesome, if you like to see projects, plans, team's tasks visually, this is for you!

Slack has a lot of benefits, but you should know that it's a heavy "messenger" it's very useful in a big companies but not so much if you work in a small startups, it's much faster and easier to send messages via Whatsapp or Telegram, I was working in a startup for 2 years and it was pretty strange to have so many channels with 2-3 person in each which is quiet losing the point of slack. And now, if you are a big company that's the benefits which you will get with slack: - Option to have many channels for different topics - Option to answer to a message in a single tread which makes a whole feed lean and if you want to see and read what goes on you can just enter to the tread - Option to integrate different services like Google Azure or other small 3rd parties - Option to make a calls/group calls

  • The ability to write letters directly from the system with the help of a binding for working mail.
  • The presence of an application for Android. This helps to get access anywhere.

  • Entire conversation --> A new joiner to a channel has access to all the previous conversation, making it easy for Knowledge Transfer
  • Snooze notification option --> This is really helpful so that individuals don't get disturbed during the off-time or when they are in meetings/doing some important work

  • It's user interface can use some work. Although it doesn't take as long as some other software to learn, there is still a bit of a learning curve when it comes to day to day usage.
  • Bitrix offers a lot of features. It would be nice to have those features laid out in an easier-to-read layout, versus the long list at the side of the page.
  • It's mobile app functionality is quite limited. It can be difficult to work with other team members, solely off of their mobile app.

  • I'd like to see further ways to organize my chats. Right now, it's very linear. Maybe folders inside folders.
  • Being able to transfer any videos recorded in Slack between slack conversations without downloading and uploading. Aka, a Slack link for the video (like loom).
  • A cheat sheet of available commands (like starting a zoom chat) --I'd love to know what all my company has enabled.

As useful as Slack has become within our company, I feel fairly confident we will continue to use Slack as a communication tool. They continue to improve their software and add value to its use within our office. Customer service delivers, which is an absolute must. Looking forward to how they improve.

This application is a complete scam and way over priced for what you are getting. They are filled full of false advertising and false statements regarding integrations. They claim to integrate with quickbooks and they DO NOT. This software accomplished nothing but making our day to day lives more difficult and wasted months of our time attempting to build out.

As long as you use the basic chat features and nothing more, it really is super easy to understand and use. Once you want to take advantage of some of the more advanced features and capabilities, that's when things get complicated. Anyone who has use SMS or a chat program before will be able to figure out the basics though, so rolling this out should be relatively straightforward and not required exhaustive training. Teaching chat etiquette is something else though.

It comes with a lot of features for managing customers relation for making a dynamic marketing strategy. Sharing and attaching any type of file makes our work much easier for our portfolio. I personally don’t like its customer service that needs to be vigilant and should know the way they should treat their clients

I've never had to contact support for Slack which is a great testament to its ease and use. Adding people outside of the organization takes a little getting used to, but ultimately allows for greater collaboration between FTE and contractors. There is no clear alternative to this software, so it's the best we can do for now.

We went with Bitrix because it avoided the per seat cost of large sales teams. We discovered you get what you pay for. We wasted $800 given their no refund policy, but more importantly lost 3 months of quality sales management

Slack is a faster tool for communication since everything is in-app. It syncs with all my devices, so I don't miss anything. Other platforms redirect, which slows down its performance. The accessibility of slack works for everyone in the community. Circle Community Platform is still underdeveloped and does not have an Android option; Microsoft Teams is not friendly on iPhones.
