When I compared Black BerryUEM (formerly Good) with MaaS360 and AirWatch at the time, BlackBerry UEM (formerly Good) offered better integration into the network as well as better mobile clients to execute work. Access to 3rd party apps that can be used e.g., ability to …
Well, selecting Good was an organization level decision and not my personal one. I like Good from the security perspective and that it helps our IT department avoid worrying about data theft. Otherwise, from the perspective of user convenience, Outlook scores way over Good with …
JumpTrack's integration with DDMS has made it significantly easier to keep track of delivery information. One screen can give all the info needed instead of multiple formats.
JumpTrack is made by the same company so we try and integrate them as much as possible. JumpTrack allows you to be more granular with orders and gives more insight on driver productivity. It is honestly best to use both of them together since they work well together and come …
Routetrack was a program we had tried years ago, it didn't integrate with DDMS and the technology to support it just didn't exist. This program ran on an old palmpilot, and the hardware was not robust enough to support it. Since then we had been all paper until we started using …
We've tried other programs but Jumptrack really has everything we need on 1 screen that provides the most accurate information to then pass on to our loyal Customers. If there was no JumpTrack I'm not sure what we would use. This program really is the key for all proofs of …
We use JumpTrack over other programs out there because of how well it integrates with DDMS, our ERP software. We also like that nothing has to be installed on any computers. It's fully web-based/cloud based product. We like it's developed by Eci who made our ERP software so we …
Before this, our drivers used Garmin and allowed it to route out their day, but nothing was this advanced with tracking, signatures, integration with DDMS, etc. I can't even believe we went so many years without this feature. I remember searching for other POD apps, etc., but …
BlackBerry UEM is well-suited if you are looking for an all-in-one mobile security management platform. From the initial rollout and install of the software onto a device, to the deactivation and removal off the network, it works well and is easy to maintain. The one area where it could still use improvement is working with iOS devices, due to the non-native app functionality.
Because of its overall ease of use, new drivers hardly need any training. This product makes a seamless entry into the digital delivery world. With handheld devices and immediate tracking, small businesses can join the big boys like FedEx and UPS. It also saves paper and storage space as it sends signed copies back to our point of sale system for immediate viewing or sending for proof of delivery. I love it.
Route optimization is not always available or working.
Customer addresses are not always found in google maps.
Does not have the ability to reopen a signed invoice.
Does not have the ability to "redeliver" if items are missing.
Route optimization often needs (every day) human input to make it right.
Route tracking does not update often enough to show accurate driving route. Will show straight line from one point to another if it misses some time between gps points.
If given a choice, I would like to access office emails directly using Microsoft Exchange. Entering login passwords every five minutes seems painful and syncing of emails is not done in real time.
We need this type of software, Scalefusion although clunky, it does function. And their prices are good compared to the competition. Note I have not tried the competitions software, just looked at their prices.
Overall it's pretty simple but there are bugs, and they are glaring. losing data and functionality midway through the day is a major detriment. The map/navigation function is effectively useless. Piece counts should be shown on the 'in transit' list instead of having to click all the way through to the individual invoices to see how many pieces you have
Installation is easy. There is a steep learning curve of what the software can and cannot do. It is also quite comprehensive, so the is much to absorb. The user interface is not intuitive, many setting are buried very deep.
If you have a serious issue with your on-premise installation, access to support can take a bit to get someone on the phone, and it can take some time to rectify, given the complexity of the software. In my experience, the support team does get you back up and running in critical scenarios, but you more than likely will be on some marathon calls, unless it is a very simple and known issue.
I have never contacted customer support. Your question clearly states " If you have never contacted support for this product, please skip this question. "When attempting to skip, I get an error "Explanation required Please provide a response." For this reason alone, I have given a rating of 1.
When I compared Black BerryUEM (formerly Good) with MaaS360 and AirWatch at the time, BlackBerry UEM (formerly Good) offered better integration into the network as well as better mobile clients to execute work. Access to 3rd party apps that can be used e.g., ability to synchronize and edit notes. This, however, may have changed in recent years.
JumpTrack is made by the same company so we try and integrate them as much as possible. JumpTrack allows you to be more granular with orders and gives more insight on driver productivity. It is honestly best to use both of them together since they work well together and come from the same business ecosystem. We weren't using a product before to track POD and instead relied on UPS to provide proof the products were delivered.
