Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack

We use JumpTrack to manage all of our manifests for deliveries on a daily basis. We use the multiple aspects of JumpTrack in order to be as efficient as possible. The drivers like it because it has maps to each location and we like it because it provides us data for each route.
  • Provides historical data for staff to ensure customer receives proper service
  • Allows the drivers to sort their route and essentially have a map to each location
  • Its connection with DDMS has become much more stable and easier to use once we moved to DDMSPLUS
  • Allow for customers(us) the option to download a years worth of data to then store if for audit purposes
  • Continue to work on accuracy of the trips functionality
  • Simplify the adding of manifests manually
  • We are able to easily report driver numbers each Monday staff meeting
  • Allows us to benchmark our drivers on analytics versus guessing
  • More organized results for our drivers and customer service and staff on where the deliveries are for the day
We get calls all the time about where a delivery might be and we are able to steer them to our website to show them how to look it up but we can also provide a pretty good estimate once we log in as well. We are not sure just how many people actually use that functionality on our website but we try and make sure to show the customers how to use it should they call.
We do not use this functionality but would be interested to learn more

JumpTrack works well for us and I would recommend it for dealers who want something simple to use and track their deliveries. I have asked a couple folks who dont use it, why. Their responses were we feel like to cost doesnt provide the value it should. They said they dont have much trouble with deliveries and if someone was to call and complain about a missing box or something, it would be cheaper for them to just provide a credit versus pay for the JumpTrack service.
