Likelihood to Recommend I think Blueshift is well suited as a CRM. It does a great job handling the customer information that you need, placing it, and displaying it in one concise place. They could do better in regards to being forthcoming with information. Documentation is weak, and depending on who you speak with on the support team, they may have different answers to the problem you're having. In my experience, there are a lot of inconsistencies in how they think about reporting, that someone who's been in marketing for the past 10-years, has to relearn and rethink how we share data for KPIs.
Read full review Iterable is a great tool. It allows for complex data structures and it is intuitive to use from a basic level (building campaigns, setting up basic automations, basic engagement insights). I think it is ideal to have an internal "iterable expert" at the company to help navigate the nuances of the platform. Is it not great when you want to dive deep into the analytics of how a campaign or audience performed.
Read full review Pros Customer Segments + Recommendations Tool - Blueshift and has helped with automating and personalizing our retargeting efforts. The true value of Blueshift was realized when we could launch triggered marketing campaigns targeted to specific segments based on a user's behavior onsite, and deliver relevant personalized content using the AI-based Recommendations tool. Integration with Segment and other apps Retargeting with dynamic content pulled from data feeds / catalogs Read full review The store catalog and collections. This is the most powerful tool in the Iterable toolkit for our business. It unlocks so many possibilities for personalization! Journey creation is simple and keeps getting more user friendly with new product updates. The ability to save tilesets to reuse in other journeys is a big time saver. Audience segmentation is simple and easy to use, and has also been improved with new product updates, like the ability to select "[city, for example] is one of [and paste a list here]" Read full review Cons Campaign management features like drag and drop, copying elements - general ease of use improvements to the UX Ability to move customers easily from one campaign to another with one click Read full review Locale management: being able to copy and past a template section/row/content from a locale to another. Also, be able to duplicate any locale to any locale. So far we can just duplicate the default locale into the rest of the locales Outages - I feel in the last 1 and half, more outages are happening, impacting their clients Image library Read full review Likelihood to Renew We're not in the mood to start this process over at this time. Read full review Usability Iterable very easy to learn and use. It's a great platform for both a new email marketer and a marketer that's been working in email for 20+ years.
Read full review Reliability and Availability Iterable is there like 99.9% of the time. However, when it goes down, it grinds us to a halt. Most of the time, outages are an hour or less, but if that's at a peak time, it can be a nightmare. That said, when the worst does happen, there are frequent updates and an easy situation tracker that give you an estimate of how much longer you'll have to wait for the issue to be resolved.
Read full review Performance The API is super quick. The UI can be a little sluggish depending on what you're loading, but overall Iterable performs great. Iterable appears to do a good job of making processes async so that one action isn't blocking another.
Read full review Support Rating I've never experienced any issues with Iterable. As I and my colleagues have learnt the system and it's features, response to questions and advice from our account manager is always quick. Kevin knows the product well, and with the few tricky questions has hasn't been able to answer he's been quick to get back to us.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Customer has a better UX/UI but Blueshift's capabilities are far stronger. The price is also more interesting considering what it does. Blueshift doesn't have certain integrations that are useful for startups (like Slack) but it's something that they should be having soon. Social media interconnection is also a step in the right direction that Customer hasn't moved toward
Read full review I can't provide a direct comparison as I have not executed marketing communications with other CRM tools before. Of course, having used
Pipedrive as a CRM tool for sales and lifecycle management, I would definitely choose Iterable for complexity and ease of use. The only feature I "miss" from
Pipedrive would be, in fact, seeing a pipeline of the customer lifecycle that allowed to instantly see at what point of our app experience the customer was.
Read full review Scalability We've definitely tested scalability, and it's no line - it works. The process is pretty easy. Most of the times it goes off without a hitch. Any time we do encounter issues, our support team is quick to get on the job and very communicative as they work us through a successful launch.
