Brightedge is definitely not the cheapest tool out there, so if you're looking into it, make sure you have the budget and are able you utilize all of the features. This does take some time to set up and pull the data, so this would be ideal for a team with a designated SEO professional to administer. This is great for companies looking to take their SEO to the next level, ideally companies who have an SEO strategy in place.

- The Competitive Analysis features increased productivity by eliminating the manual process of performing a competitive analysis.
- The competitor monitoring reports are not just data dumps and instead dashboard can be configured to display competitor data and visualizations.
- Usability. One of the main strengths of BrightEdge is its usability. The platform is intuitive for any level of SEO expertise and its clean UI provides a great user experience.
- When comparing data week over week, the time frames clear whenever a different group needs to be examined for the same time frame. Keeping these weeks static will increase efficiencies when comparing multiple keyword groups across the same time frame.
- The new page reporting that was created in response to (not provide) can be improved. Often times, agency reporting is provided on a monthly basis, whereas estimated visits and revenue are generated on a weekly basis. Adding an option to pull in monthly data would be extremely helpful, or will at least encourage my team to use this feature more.
- More feedback for the new page reporting - I don't feel I can trust the estimated visits from keyword rankings. Allowing synchronization for ClearSaleling and other larger platforms as well as the option to compare page metrics with keyword rankings will make BrightEdge the ultimate SEO tool.

I have yet to come across another product that delivers the amount of reporting that BrightEdge does. It literally takes hours of work and sums it up for you each week to give you the SEO intel that you need in order to make effective marketing decisions. I have been very pleased with BrightEdge and their ability to continue to innovate their product and stay up with the every changing world of SEO.

Once versed in the navigation and use of the tool it is quite manageable, but the initial training can be difficult for some users.

I have had ZERO negative interactions with BE. Everyone has been incredibly helpful and timely. OUR CSM is very attentive to our success as was our on-boarding specialist. Whenever I have questions or concerns they are quick to respond and always have a solution for our issues or have answers to my questions. They have been p[patient and understanding of my non-workable knowledge coming into this and have helped me grow my skill set and understanding of SEO strategies.

For the most part it was seamless. The load time of clients was a little long, but otherwise was quite easy.
BrightEdge works well in tandem with Google Analytics, but one should not rely on one over the other with regard to those 2 tools.I feel BrightEdge is the preferred vendor over SEOmoz for enterprise-level businesses and clients because of the in-depth analysis as well as the clean-cut reporting.I have tried Sycara and I found it to be more difficult to understand and pull clear insights from, even with Google Analytics integration.
