CallidusCloud LeadRocket (discontinued) vs. OneSignal

Genius is well-suited for a smaller company looking to do one-off campaigns and not necessarily needing to track within a separate system. For example, the professional version of Salesforce is probably an ideal size for Genius. For a more enterprise/larger company I wouldn't suggest Genius be used.

I think One Signal is very well suited for mobile app owners who want to be in touch with their user base more easily by sending push notifications and in-app messages. I'm not sure how well that works for SMS messaging as I haven't yet tried it. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it if your in-apps are very rare.

• I like the simplicity of the program. Each step is laid out and self-explanatory for creating an email campaign which makes the process extremely easy.
• I like how LeadFormix provides you with different reports to look at. The information is helpful to see how well your campaign is doing with whatever the target audience it is.
• I also love that I can store a number of different email campaigns that I've done in the past to use as a template for additional projects I have.

This is the program of choice for my company. There may be more effective email marketing services out there, but I also recognize that other teams in my company (who use the website lead tracking services) are most happy with LeadFormix. Furthermore, this program is more cost effective for us than others would be.

I give an 8 in this question mainly for 2 reasons: the products even if they look like complete and are highly customizable and usable, they are still missing some logical features. For example, send messages to a list of users - now days you can do it with postman and get calls. A second example is App messaging that is still in development and has many opportunities.

Very responsive. Some issues are on road map and can take time to resolve but not very often.

Their customer support has been top-notch. They are able to assist you in getting through any problems that you may have and respond in a very timely manner. I've dealt with them on 4-5 instances over the years and my issues were always resolved within a matter of a few business days.

We selected CallidusCloud (Genius) based on the level of service for the price. It was more cost effective then Silver Pop which was another tool recommended to us. On the other hand, mail chimp did not provide the level of integration needed with our CRM - Salesforce. We need to be able to connect the response to an email campaign to the individual contact (student) record and determine the success of the campaign.

Look Firebase is a complete platform that includes a Push notification/InApp space. We had a lot of troubles while implementing Firebase: sometimes we thought it was ready until we tried to attach an image for Push notifications. This being said, the developers had to review the integration several times until we decided to change to OneSignal. Also while using Firebase I was not convinced with the look and feel of the Notifications. My vote here is OneSignal.

• We have had problems with our emails landing up in spam which was hampering out marketing efforts.

• You spend too much of time on the tool because the UI is very confusing
