I only know Capterra and TrustRadius but it certainly works similar to TrustRadius. Quora works more like a posting site where you can get information, but Capterra organizes it better while Quora is really hard to identify the pros and cons sometimes.

It may be less appropriate for anything outside of software, I.E. Medical advice. But if you need help with choosing products for your small business management, this is it.
Well suited: For a company or organization that knows what they need to solve problems or optimize processes. TrustRadius for Buyers is ideal as you can check out categories and alternatives and read super-specific reviews that apply to your use case. Less appropriate: If you are unsure what you're trying to accomplish or the area/function to optimize with software, you can be overwhelmed with the vast offer of reviews because you don't know where to look.

Sometimes I wonder if reviews are sponsored by the organization. If that's the case perhaps make it more clear. People would like to know if the review is potentially biased.
since it is a page that provides data although very long to read are specific and technical as they are, data of people who have used or use the program you may need for the company, and help us solve a problem, without the need to hire external consultants or expensive programs, saving us money in the company
Its a simple and easy to use tool, you can get set-up and your product published very quickly - its also copies this information to its other review sites. If you have a SaaS product, it should be on your list to sort your Capterra listing out.
TrustRadius for Buyers is very easy to use. The layout is simple and not intimidating. Some review sites are intimidating because the information seems to be all over the place but TrustRadius is very organized which helped me to seamlessly move between reviews and products
Very well. It is a lot more niche and bespoke to what we need and are looking for. Trustpilot is very broad and not focused on the digital industries so the results were vague and not constructive to us making decisions. Often Trustpilot reviews were weak in fulling assessing positives and negatives, and was only used to critique customer service of platforms.
