Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
I was looking for a great social media hub program for my company when I found TrustRadius. TrustRadius allowed me to compare and contrast different programs with feedback from users that have used or are presently using these programs. I am thankful to have found TrustRadius because I was able to make a smart decision on which social media hub my company should use. So far, we are loving that program that we chose! Thank you TrustRadius!

I was able to look at the programs side by side to see how effective the products were on many different levels. I was able to look at the programs in an unbiased way by checking reviews from multiple users with slightly differing opinions on the product. I have found the reviews accurate!
I look for reviews that go into details on the product in efforts to give possible future users a quick insight. There is nothing worse than setting up a program/product that I want to use to later find out that the product is unable to do exactly what I need it to do. Using TrustRadius, I was able to avoid this pitfall.
Having reviews as a resource during the buying process is top on my to-do list because I do not think that I should have to perform trial and error especially in today's world. Having reviews cuts down my time and allows me to be more productive and efficient in the buying process.

- Maybe I missed it, but I would love to have a price vs efficiency comparison across products if possible. This is not a huge issue but it would be cool!
I used multiple sites from Google to research and evaluate the product. The reviews were okay but they were a bit scattered which made go from site to site to find decent reviews of great quality. On TrustRadius, I was able to review the product in one place and I felt safe because the reviews varied based on how the client needed to use it and the clients gave great details.
The part that stands out most to me on TrustRadius is that it is easy to use and I can find multiple unbiased reviews that are clear and of great quality. My experience in comparison to other review sites was amazing because there were no ads popping up all over the screen, the site looks very professional and so were the reviews.

1 - TrustRadius helps us to find the best product that would help us to be more efficient in our Social Media Management.
3 - I would like a variety of people and skills to support TrustRadius for Buyers because when I read about a product, I like having the opportunity to receive advice from people who have different skills. This would help me to make a more intelligent decision because when I look at a product to use, I would like to have an idea of the different ways I can use the product now and in the future.

The product usability was the single most important factor in my decision. My company wanted to use a program that was easy to use and this product has far exceeded our expectations and the reviews we read from TrustRadius. This product is very organized, very easy to use and very simple to learn.
I do not think that I would change my evaluation and selection process in anyway if I had to do it again. I believe that we still would have selected this program because the reviews that I looked into were very accurate and very helpful in the selection process of this product.
