Cisco Webex Experience Management is well suited in handling live customer query. It helps in monitoring customer feedback and queries.It is very useful application for comparison of year on year data, month data and weekly data. It help in understanding customer life cycle. It can be used as an interaction tool with the customers by directly posing them questions about the services. It helps in Segmenting, targeting and positioning of your product or service in the long run. Cisco Webex Experience Management scenarios where it can be less appropriate are few. As it gives a lot on insights about customer feedback,customer tracing etc, it would not be useful in short term or for smaller business who are not focussing on the larger goals of the business

If you're not on a platform that has a branded post-purchase landing page or in-email estimated delivery date script, Narvar provides this experience. It's a nice-to-have for any brand that wants to provide a seamless, branded shopping experience for their customers. Narvar's grown rapidly and it seems they are increasing costs, which may be prohibitive and hard to justify for smaller companies.

BounceX is well suited if you want to boost list/customer base growth, but a tricky aspect of it for me is that I don't know the benefit smaller companies would get from BounceX to accelerate growth without having an existing customer base.

  • Narvar offered several out of the box widgets (solutions) to help build/customize content (calendar view, milestone icons, SMS messaging and personalize content based on items purchased).
  • Narvar's solution is scalable/expandable to include returns (once we are ready).

Once it's set up, it doesn't require much support. We used to have quarterly or bi-annual touch bases with an account person to review our rating and customer usage but haven't heard from them in a while - either because we're too small or they got rid of this interaction. Can't say we miss it though because we can see our rating and feedback, and there is only so much you can do within the confines of the platform without adding on new functionality.

Beware if you buy from them you are committed for a year. It is too expensive for the offering and they offer no solutions for you to manage the process/tool at a discounted rate. Will not renew my contract, that’s for sure.

We've used both Emarsys and Klaviyo as our ESP, while using Wunderkind to handle email/SMS acquisition and abandonment emails. Wunderkind has proven to be able to capture more emails and send more behavioral emails with the contact matching technology.
