Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Experience Management

We have a contract with WebEx and since we have the functionality and are using it in our systems, having a comprehensive overview of what we're doing with it and how we're using it provides business insights, but also those that we can take action on or use to change behaviors (or lend support to positive behaviors).

  • Not always intuitive or user friendly
  • Getting the most out of the software requires dedicated personnel/time
  • Not that useful unless you'll do something with the data

  • Dashboard for quick/easy analysis (once it's created and running)
  • Brings the customer experience data in
  • Useful data to prompt larger conversations about the customer
  • Brings all the data into one location
  • Easy for most people to understand when it's presented/shown
We have a contract with Cisco, so it works, but honestly, each of the different software systems has its pros and cons and a lot of it comes down to personal preference and what you will actually use. It's no use getting any of these if you won't actually use them and the data they provide to make positive changes.

It's a great software for those with a lot of data sets that they want to use and take action on. It brings different data into one location and allows for analysis and gives you the ability to benchmark, track progress, or take action based on certain data. These can lead to greater efficiency and improved productivity.
