If your company needs to move into becoming completely electronic, as well as the option of having it being remote if needed, this is the way to go. ClearCompany will hold your hand and help you every step of the way to becoming just that! It can be a difficult task to change so much but having their team to meet with you weekly until you have everything up and running was the best experience I could have asked for.

As an organization, we have several different types of fundraising events. This product allows us to have individual pages or a full event page. It's pretty straightforward, even for our donor fundraisers. They can create their own individual fundraising pages to share through social media or email. Their help and support are wonderful!

In my experience I feel YourCause is well suited for: Companies that need to manage multiple corporate giving, volunteering, and grant making programs, etc. on one platform. For companies looking for an easy and effective way of vetting non-profit organizations. Those organization focused on employee engagement and looking to measure employee participation and using data to share impact and storytelling. Company platform super users or platform admins looking to influence new products and ideas as early adopters.

Real-time updates shared across the software with remote users. It allows us to effectively manage and track candidates workflows and status within the onboarding process. This helps us effectively communicate and keep hooks in the candidate without having them fall through the cracks.
ClearCompany is able to customize and report to fit our company. We are in a particular industry where our time to fill, hiring costs and other metrics vary from time to time. In order to get an accurate report, ClearCompany has gone above and beyond to customize our reports and give us the data we need with a click of a button.
ClearCompany is always in constant communication and willing to assist. The feedback from the support team is almost instantaneous. I have the direct number to my customer care agent and her manager as well. It's nice to know they are there to help at a moment's notice. The support team has a great chat feature that allows me to send a message while i'm on the phone. They are quick to respond and always friendly.

Ease of creating a branded landing page, Day 1 we were able to set up our main donation page on our website, that looked great, was easy to copy links, and with the page or event set up, it's easy to edit and update.

Reporting is a bit limited - most reports require significant cleanup and/or take a lot of work to make meaningful
Hiring Manager visibility is limited when it comes to notifications (scorecards completed, etc.) and feedback for candidates from other processes, meaning that the burden is put on TA to inform

I don’t really have any dislikes. The only time I have trouble with something is creating the appropriate graphics that work across all devices, especially mobile devices. It can be a bit cumbersome.
There is not a blogging feature, it would be great to have that as an innovative feature in the future. Many firms are lookign at new ways to always share their stories, story tell, and allow their employees to share their volunteer and charitable giving passions.
It would be very beneficial if external NPOs could create events within CSRconnect on the compamy's behalf. This would help drive volunteerism and the administrative burden.
There are a lot of steps to "Give" to an NPO and also request a company match.
There are no generic toolkits to help onboard new companies to show them how to set up different features i.e. playbook. There is not a guide that outlines the different tools and functions, etc.

This software is very user friendly, not a lot of training is needed before you get the hang of it. It is also easy to setup and configure. The hiring managers also have reported that is is easy to navigate and screen candidates. You can also customize permissions to different users

The usability of CSRconnect is light years ahead of our last program and we are so thankful for this. Some of our employees get intimidated by using the computer so it is helpful when the site is user-friendly and welcoming for our employees. They are also easily able to find events in the portal.

We do have issues with having to reload pages when we are working on reports or engagement tiles. If we dont reload something the information that we have been working to input in to the site or the reports do not save. This can be frustrating when we are on time constraints

I had a great relationship with my first customer success manager. When I first started, she helped me navigate the system and was always available to answer any questions. They have provided great support throughout the last 2 years of me using the system. I attended a ClearCompany conference and they were incredible at providing support and showing how to best utilize the system,

The implementation process was a bit rocky but ended up okay. The account manager is new and still learning himself so many of our questions are answered with "let me look into that and get back to you". He absolutely gets back to us and is very nice but not always very knowledgeable which can get frustrating.

It was a little challenging doing training on line i think in person may have been a little easier. we also did training before we had access to certain things so when the time came to use that training we had questions that came up that were not apart of the initial training.

I wasn't involved in the decision to go with Your Cause but I came on as the implementation was happening. It was clunky at best but that was mostly due to our previous account rep not being in a role that suited his talents along with YC being new and us being a very large global company with lots of IT/HR challenges

No comparison. It's apples to oranges when comparing. Clear Company is well-rounded and willing to collaborate to make it right for each company. Most other platforms make you adapt to the product they think is best without individual company needs in mind.

Goodworld is by far the more superior product because it lets us be more proactive in implementing customized giving experiences, has a more powerful dashboard, and streamlines the giving process in a more modern interface. That's just the technology aspect - their team makes the experience even better!

When we chose YourCause it was because of the access to data and the fact that their CSR and Grant platforms "spoke" to each other. Also YourCause seemed to be more forward thinking and innovative. The fact that YourCause platform supported giving with so many countries/languages was impressive as we were expanding. Their platform for the end user was also significantly more advanced, easy to use and modern than others.

ClearCompany has some helpful options our company has utilized, but overall it has been very hard to get past some of the user interfaces that aren't functional or getting speedy responses when something isn't operational.
ClearCompany has custom reports that help us strategize our recruitment efforts, but we have had many instances where the reports do not pull data from the system which has lead to confusion or decisions being made with incomplete information.
ClearCompany has multiple avenues to contact them or get help, but they are not always effective because of the completion time frame varies.

We have been able to more accurately track global volunteerism.
Having an online platform for employees to organize their team volunteer projects has been wonderful. They are either doing more of them (we are so busy) or they were always doing all these activities but we are just finally aware of them because there is a platform to use now.
Reporting is not as flexible nor robust as we need it. Still doing many manual steps to get the data how we need it.
