Cloud 9 Software is web based and runs fast for our office without any complications. I would say I do more clicking with the mouse having to move from different screens and closing screens that has been a negative for me.

Truly love and appreciate the templets that we can use to send out office specific emails - Also the openings on a schedule notifications are great to get the schedule full - we use it daily!

  • Customer Service rarely has any hold time, which is seriously important.
  • Cloud 9 cloud-based software makes rescheduling from home, or accessing patient records to triage emergencies a must-have in 2021.
  • All printers and scanners can be easily accessed from any computer.
  • Without networking/servers any computer can be easily replaced without paying an IT to set it up.
  • Tablet-Friendly.

  • If there is an opening within 2 days they send out text messages to get the openings filled
  • Love how you can set the time frame for all reminders, cell, text and emails to be sent out
  • The templets that we can use to send out to patients about using year end benefits or to notify the patients of a promotion are great - I love how we can change the wording to work for us

Lighthouse 360

  • The overall cost for the basic is great, it is all the extras that make it more expensive - we have a few locations so it is not horrible and we use what we pay for to the fullest.
  • The only real down fall is the time lapse - it pulls every 30 minutes from the server, I wish it was more real time as sometimes we have an opening that has already been filled and someone still gets a notification of an opening
  • We can only text so many words to a patient in response or trying to send a notice - which isn't that big of a downfall.

OrthoTrac for us became very slow and it became complicated with our fact paced office. We selected Cloud 9 [Software] due to it being web based and it runs very smoothly for our practice.

When I did use Solutionreach - they did not have as many functions as Lighthouse 360 like immediately sending out a text when we had a hygiene opening within 48 hours. And their templets were very limited to what we could change.
