Copper has helped me extensively keep track of not only my own but my company's workflow. With so many projects and quotes to track, it has become essential to keep me on task and not miss any of our goals. It has been a perfect fit with our specific workflow, but I don't think it has the customizability just yet to be a perfect fit for every company out there.

I think the Opportunities Pipeline is probably the best feature of the CRM. The versatility of it allows for pipelines to be made for not only sales but myriad of other ways. Copper's commitment to customer satisfaction is pretty spectacular. Many CRMs aren't as dedicated to this and provide their customers with simple how to articles that fall short of being an actual help. Copper's ability to sync with Google is an undersold perk. If a company relies on the Google workspace, Copper is an amazing tool to work alongside with Google. Read full review The best thing about this software is its integration with G-suite. It's user interface is so easy that any user can learn it quickly. And it is very easy to operate. It helps users to engage subscribers via various social media platforms. It allows users to compare various email campaigns. Read full review Cons Copper (formerly ProsperWorks)
I wish it were easier to create a dashboard to view sales and growth. There are some features I would like to change but can't seem to figure out, so I just deal with not being able to, nothing major though. I would like to see it offer more free links to other services such as Quick Books. Read full review Zoho should start by throwing this tool in the trash and then recreate it from scratch. There are so many flaws I would be here all year trying to list them all. Start by the fact that creating templates is an absolute nightmare. You'll find over and over again that something that should be easily executed can't be done. It is NOT a plug and play program. Everything is trial and error. The reporting SUCKS bad. It gives you basics, but if you want any real insights... I have to export all my data into my own spreadsheets to compare results from multiple campaigns. Customer service is B.A.D. You'll spend HOURS upon HOURS with a tech support team that knows less than you. The only time anything gets accomplished is when you work with a programmer. BUT, you'll seriously waste 1-2 hours explaining a problem to someone who is only taking notes. You'll get so frustrated when they try to show you how they think it works and you respond with... "I know how this works because I have used it for a year - the problem is that it stopped working the way it always did before. They will argue with you. You will respond accordingly. They will close tickets without resolution. Speaking of tickets, you'll never get one. They say they will take care of it and a week later you will follow-up and no one will have any idea what is going on. You'll start from scratch and be even more frustrated. You will learn to "fix" it on your own or deal with it, broken. After two years, I'm still not sure if my emails even make it to an inbox. When asked, you'll be told that you need to write better subject lines. I call bull****. Don't rely on this product to deliver your email. And don't question Zoho, as it will always be your fault. You can't use this tool to send to ANY group email addresses. You can't even override the system. I have a lot of clients that use info@xxx.com or sales@xxx.com, etc. and I have to send them personal emails since this will not allow them to be sent. They say it is to protect them from getting blacklisted. I call bull**** again. The templates offered by the system are crap - unless you only send holiday emails. Not a large selection of just generic templates. You'll be pulling your hair out trying to use their builder to create your own. In the end, you'll end up sending emails with nothing "pretty" about them. Read full review Likelihood to Renew Copper (formerly ProsperWorks)

I would rate Copper overall usability as a 10. It is easy to use. I am not extremely computer friendly so I needed to find something that would fit what I can do. Copper definitely fit the bill. I would highly recommend it to anyone of any level of computer knowledge.

It has been so far so good, they have been quick to respond to queries, and do follow up as well. But then again this is a work in progress and I guess they would not have a solution to every problem every posed to them right away. Hence I will refrain from making any judgments.

For my company, we chose Copper over Salesforce and HubSpot for a few reasons. First and foremost, G-Suite integration. This was one of the most attractive features we liked about Copper. The integration allows for seamless lead import, automated activity tracking and much more. Second, Copper is designed with the end user in mind. It has to be one of the simplest CRMs I have ever used. Additionally, Copper has fantastic customer success managers who make sure you are getting the most out of the platform. Lastly, Copper has very competitive pricing and offers many features of the big name CRMs at a much more economical price point

I used ProsperWorks at a startup with around 100 people that was undergoing a serious sales crisis. ProsperWorks, I would say, was the number one tool to turn around the sales team as it allowed one book of truth and one place where every one could finally be on the same page. It's hard to judge ROI on the joy of using a well designed product. After using SFDC or Hubspot or any other CRM, ProsperWorks will feel like a Ferrari. Everything is fast, everything is smooth, and it's lightweight in a good way. The ROI was excellent based on a productivity stand point. Being able to pull up daily activity reports went a LONG way to ensuring the sales team was hitting their marks, and getting done what they need to get done. Customer Service is a target area of why we use Zoho Campaigns, and it meets our needs greatly. To date we have not really measured the ROI or impact that Zoho Campaigns has on our marketing efforts but with this product it certainly has the means to do such.
