CoSchedule is great for businesses or agencies who need an overview of all their marketing efforts, and who want to establish collaboration between multiple departments. The calendar view is one of the best we've worked with and makes it easy to see exactly what's happening. There is some slight clunkiness when it comes to admin-related tasks, and a few things aren't easy to find, but there's great support.

Echobox Social is well suited to publishers and media organisations who are publishing daily online content that needs sharing across social platforms. It works best if your social media objective is driving traffic to your articles/website. It would be suitable for both small and large organisations, as it allows multiple users with different access.

Echobox automation is invaluable; the fact that it can intelligently automatically schedule articles within seconds of these being published on our website saves us a huge amount of time
I find the AI message option particularly useful when rescheduling content. Although it does not always pick out the best quote, most of the time it does a good job and again saves a lot of time
Having the option to schedule content immediately as well as in a specific time-slot or day is also very useful

The platform seems sluggish as of late, likely as a result of the robust amount of data we are entering and the number of filters we're creating.
Social media scheduling exists, but we do run into publishing errors more often then we'd like.
Task templates when updated are not retroactive, so when you create projects for an entire year and then change a template, you need to go back and change them manually.

Since I'm Brazilian, and our whole team is based in Brazil, would be great if the whole platform was translated for Portuguese. There are no many English speakers in Brazil, to be honest. That would make it easier
Tik Tok. Would be nice if somehow Echobox could provide their AI for Tik Tok Users
Because I am totally satisfied with Echobox service. I find it balanced between the service itself and its cost. Compared to its competitors, it is, without a doubt, the best product for small publishers. It only lacks in a greater and more efficient management of statistics which, at the moment, is absent. I will definitely renew Echobox!
The interface is very intuitive, from setting up social profiles, to posting, to tags, to optimizing for best day/time to post. It's super easy to scan the aggregate analytics. The calendar is very easy to grok at a glance, and the more advanced functionality is intuitive to set up.

Setting up can be complicated but their team was on standby to help us with that. The interface was a bit stiff at first but once you are all set up, you won't need to do much since most of it is automated and the more complicated things can be cleared up with customer support.
I didn't have to use their official support, but I can say that they put out a lot of content online to help users. Their YouTube page has quite an array of tutorial videos explaining how things work and how to get the most out of their tools. If you're struggling, before picking up a phone or blasting off an email, try searching for your problem on YouTube or their forums.

When there have been problems, they’ve usually been resolved very quickly. Some issues have occurred such as not being able to download images or posts not going out when the service has crashed, but they’re also very open to feedback. The option to download pictures loaded into the feed stories was my suggestion; saving us time creating new images and getting the posts out quickly

CoSchedule provides collaborative planning of projects. The calendar view is very well designed. Meetings and tasks can be scheduled and tracked easily. Whatever is being done, no matter how big the task/project is, it gives a bird-eye view of everything. Additionally, it also integrated very well with WordPress. Their customer service team is also very helpful.

Echobox AI function (the ability to decide when is the best time to share a post) is a [game-changer] and also the UI is cleaner and easier to use. I found Hootsuite confusing and complicated. It has too many windows and also doesn't pull the articles automatically. There is no comparison really, Echobox is miles ahead.
It has saved me about 1 hour per day to keep things organized from Asana to WordPress.
By not having a functioning Google Doc import feature, it costs me about 30 minutes for each blog post to copy paste all the content, images, etc.
By bundling too many features into their plans, many of which we don't use (e.g. social media scheduling), we lose a little ROI because we are not using the full feature set. We use and prefer Buffer for social media, so when CoSchedule raised their price $40+ per month on features we would not be using, that hurt.
