HubSpot CRM helps in organizing your deals and the different stages of the deal in a very nice way. It gives information about which emails were opened by your recipient and gives this information in real-time, this gives some insights into what your recipient may be thinking. I think this is so far a complete tool and does not have any flip side, you may not want to buy it if your outreach volume is less and the free version would be more than enough.

- Creatio's client success team is super. The team is collaborative, solution-oriented, and client-driven. We have weekly meetings with the team. They show up prepared with solutions/ideas to business requests and they are clearly engaged.
- Creatio's infrastructure team has been critical to our ability to execute our cloud strategy. They have worked with us to set up our testing and production environments within Azure, assisted in testing, and are responsive and flexible to our unique requirements.
- Creatio has been very flexible to requests for customization. We have taken their low-code out-of-the-box solution and "Ringlerized" it. The benefit for us is an application that meets our niche business needs.

- Automated emails shut off once the customer has responded so you can make a manual reply.
- Very user friendly for your sales or account manager staff.
- The ability to make templates for email and email tracking allows you to see how many times you have touched the client.
- Setting up meetings and including a Zoom link is very simple and it tracks it in the activity thread.
- Setting up tasks for daily operations allows you to never miss contacting or reengaging with a customer.

- The ability to enroll contacts in a sales drip campaign is on a 1-to-1 basis which can be cumbersome if you have an influx of leads.
- Depending on list size, email sends can be slow as it sends in batches.

Because it's integrated with HubSpot marketing platform, which is indispensable, and works simply and seamlessly with the marketing platform. The CRM is intuitive, never a time burden, and makes doing business development work a whole lot easier and enjoyable. I think at this point it's safe and fair to say we would be somewhat lost without the CRM.

The user interface of Creatio is quite friendly. It is intuitive for new users to start using the software. It is also fairly straightforward to setup. I have used Pipedrive and Salesforce, and they all provide outlook at sales. I think Hubspot worked really well as an inclusive marketing, CRM, forecasting tool. As a sales rep, Pipedrive was easier to use, but lacked all the reporting necessary for our leadership team. I have not used Salesforce in a while, but I remember it being more sales focused

Support is really good. Maybe it is because we had a dedicated support manager. But still, all issues were resolved timely. There were too many at the beginning, but now when we solved most of the problems we contact our support manager mostly before the updates. We have a testing platform to test all updates.

The user-friendliness of Creatio was a big selling point along with the low-code initiatives, both of which were important to our business. With Salesforce, unlimited wasn't really unlimited. You couldn't deploy an on-site instance and the overall cost of the system far outweighed the ROI. These are all things Creatio offers, out-of-the-box.

- If you're a larger company with a lot of contacts, the platform will feel expensive. But when looking at it compared to money saved in direct mail and other offline outreach tactics (with less trackability and possibly less effectiveness), the value is more than there.
- The integrations and automations are allowing for smarter work, more appropriate, and targeted communications.
- The recent shift in pricing structure (to the marketing contacts model) allows for more flexibility in cost if not every contact is a sales or marketing opportunity.
- For true B2B inbound marketing, the platform does its job, just be mindful of the requirement internally to support it with high quality, lead-generating content. Otherwise you'll still be treading water.
