Achieving More with Less: Small Teams Thrive with Creatio
Overall Satisfaction with Creatio
In our organization Creatio serves as a versatile information hub, it allows us to centralize and facilitate communication across various departments and business processes. This centralization allows us to create a better "top-down-view" for our management teams in addition to standardizing processes across our company. The flexibility of the platform itself allows us to be very agile when it comes to addressing the ever changing needs of each of these departments in a modern, technology first, business environment. It has been integrated into regular operational activities from the ground up - from technician to invoicing, sales to offboarding: we use it to manage the entire client lifecycle and many of the processes that occur throughout.
Pros
- Rapidly implement new products or processes
- Organizing complex processes from start to finish
- Bring information together into one place to facilitate data driven business insights
Cons
- More rapid availability of updated documentation as they move forward into the Quantum release and beyond
- Better out of the box support for SAS and Service Companies in general
- Would like to see some no-code options for fine tuning CSS on Freedom UI pages
- We went from manually processing Work Orders into Invoices once a day - representing significant impact to turn around speeds - to submitting automatically in real time, eliminating a great deal of human transcription errors and freeing up a great deal of operations time
- Custom Implementation automation in Creatio has eliminated 4-6 hours of configuration work per sale in comparison to our old manual methods
Creatio was both more affordable and easier to customize than Salesforce, if slightly less robust, and represented an easy decision when we made the switch.
