Overall Satisfaction with Creatio

In 2019/2020 we were looking for an CDP/CRM solution that would also help us out with the many business process that we have. We are a small not-for-profit company so recources (people, time and money) are limited. During this process we came across Creatio and everything we wanted was (and is) possible. We save a lot of time with the automation of business processes, marketing e-mails and our website & members-only-website are also connected to Creatio. So we don't have to put the same text in 3 different systemes: no they communicate with eachother, so if we put it in Creatio, it also appears on our website and members-only-website. Also we have more business insights now thanks to the dashboarding section which we use to visualize the data that we have and give our team the insights they need to grow the business so we can do more for the marketing, sales and communication community in the Netherlands. We are happy Creatio users since 2021 and we are very pleased with the Creatio team: they are quick with responding and always happy to help.

In my experience, doesn't matter how big or small your company is. You do need a few tech/it people in your company to make it work for the long run. It's great for companies with a lot of different business processes like us and who demand a high flexiblity of a CDP/CRM.

Creatio Support

The people at the Creatio offices world wide are very friendly, patience and always happy to help. I have a huge respect for them, especially the people that were based in the Ukraine. Still in these strange times they always keep the focus on the customer, where we would have totaly understanded it if it was any different. So huge compliments to the whole team, keep up the energy and the good work.

Using Creatio

It's very user friendly, at least to me ;-) No downtime, quick with updates, lot's op possibilities and options to explore and work with. I also realy like to use the Creatio Academy, it's a bit much but in this case less is more is the opposite: the more the better.
